Key Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of developers in designing and building micro-services using Java.

· Decompose feature requests into sizable and estimable pieces of work.

· Deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code within defined timelines.

· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

· Act as a subject matter expert for specific product components.

· Debug and resolve critical production issues with detailed root cause analysis.

· Drive adoption of Agile practices, ensuring proper planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· 7+ years of strong experience in Java development.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering productized software applications.

· Experience in leading teams and mentoring developers.

· Proven ability to design and deliver scalable and maintainable applications.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a self-driven mindset.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Hands-on experience with Java micro-services.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

· Cloud and containerization exposure with AWS and Docker.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own development, design, scaling, and maintenance of application and messaging engines that power the central platform of Capillary's Cloud CRM product.

• Work on the development of AI and data science products for various use cases. Implement PoCs in Python, and Spark-Scala and productize the implementations.

• Contribute to overall design and roadmap.

• Mentor Junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Innovative and self-motivated with a passion to develop complex and scalable applications.

• 3+years of experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures.

• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high-availability applications. Expertise in using Core Java/J2EE or Node.js

• Work experience with Relational databases and Non-Relational is required (Primarily MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis)

• Familiarity with big data platforms (like Spark-Scala) is an added plus.

• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

• BTech from IIT or BE in computer science from a top REC/NIT.

Our backend(NodeJS+PHP) team is passionate about technology, and we love building scalable web solutions keeping performance in mind.We're looking for a full stack developer that has experience developing a variety of Web Apps using the PHP and NodeJS stack.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to design, develop and support scalable applications        
• Developing API’s(REST), designing the database schema and implement same in web frameworks like Laravel and Express along with ORM(including migration script and seeds data)    
• Very good end-to-end debugging skills in PHP and NodejS stack.    
• Write, test, and release production-ready code.        
• Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• Experience developing highly scalable services and APIs(in NodejS and PHP frameworks)    
• Knowledge of data modelling and database performance using NoSQL/SQL    
• Strong experience with PHP framework like Laravel(PHP) and JS frameworks like Express, and other Framework In nodeJS.    
• Good knowledge in code versioning(git or svn)    
• Good knowledge in html templating, javascript, html and css.    
• Good experience with code deployment on server like ubuntu, linux.    
• Knowledge of SDK integration(social media sdk like Facebook, google, etc and cloud services sdk like AWS and Azure)    
• Familiarity developing SaaS applications in AWS/Azure cloud services.        
• In-depth knowledge of designing and developing software in distributed architectures for multi-tier applications

If you are a PHP developer & have a good understanding of web technologies you may apply for this positoin. As a Developer, you will be a part of our web development team and will be working with some very experienced developers on challenging and interesting projects. You will be a part of an Agile delivery team and work closely with Requirement Analysts, Scrum Masters, Development & Design team and QA team.

Responsibilities

5. Work on bug fixing, identifying performance issues and improving application performance

Technical Skills

1. PHP - 4.5 Years Experience along with HTML5, CSS Bootstrap, JQuery, JS, MySQL/MongoDB, JSON Web Services and API Services
2. PHP Frameworks: Min. 2 Years with anyone (Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP, Yii etc.)
3. PHP Reporting Tools (Jasper etc.)
4. NET Exposure - Good to have
5. Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
6. MEAN Stack - Good to have
