Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), and FastAPI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using gRPC, REST, and Docker, websockets Protocol Buffers.

Proficiency in working with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Supabase, and Redis is required. While prior experience in AI-related projects is not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have worked on or shown a strong interest in the AI/ML domain.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience with FastAPI  frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, SuperBase, and Redis. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest or experience in AI projects is highly desirable.

We are hiring a Node.js Developer (1-3 years experience) for a full-time role in Wakad, Pune. The candidate must have expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js, along with proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and ORM libraries. Experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js) and version control (Git) is essential

The Role:

Runo is looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join our team. The lead backend developer is responsible for scaling up the existing architecture to handle billions of requests every month (We are currently at a scale of 100 million requests per month). You will be contributing in architecting the database/reporting layer to support complex queries and data exports of millions of records. You will be a lead developer responsible for development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.
