As an experienced and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Specialist / Telecaller, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting education institutes to generate leads for our EdTech solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target education institutes, including schools & institutes, to generate qualified leads,follow up,nurture & communicate to close for our EdTech products and services.
• Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage with our sales team.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Effectively present our EdTech solutions and value propositions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech solutions, including features, benefits, and pricing, to engage in meaningful conversations and inquiries from potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, providing information, answering questions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities to ensure an up-to-date pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or telecalling, for education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (EdTech or school experience preferred).

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and commission SPMs and Automated Equipment in collaboration with the fabrication team

2. Calculate & problem solve on design challenges in various equipment from conceptual proposals to detailed design.

3. Improve existing equipment with targeted performance and automation upgrades

4. Create detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials

5. Develop equipment operational and maintenance documentation in collaboration with process & fabrication teams and conduct relevant training

6. Develop models to capture engineering calculations and FEA to validate equipment design Develop and implement control narratives in collaboration with the automation and fabrication teams

7. Create conceptual plant layouts, Process & Instrumentation diagrams, and manuals in collaboration with projects and process teams

8. Manage team of mechanical engineers for design  

Requirements

1. B. Tech. / M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in SPM design for diverse applications 

2. Preference of candidate with prior work experience in process industries (for ex. paper, sugar, chemical, paint, fertilizer, oil & gas)

3. Knowledge of machine shop fabrication processes

4. Proficiency with all types of automation components, sensors, electromechanical actuators, motion control, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.

5. Good experience in FEA

6. Ability to work both independently and in teams

7. Proficiency with Solid Modelling 3D CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

8. Extensive knowledge of material specifications/ grades/properties/uses with engineering codes, and extensive knowledge of engineering accessories like pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes etc.

• Experience maintaining a Cloud-base infrastructure
• Familiar with observability such as white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and others
• Emerging knowledge of software, applications and technical processes within a given technical discipline (e.g., Cloud, artificial intelligence, Android, etc.)
• Emerging knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jules, Spinnaker, BitBucket, GitLab, Terraform, etc.)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• General knowledge of financial services industry
• Experience working on public cloud environment using wrappers and practices that are in use at JPMC

Ideal Candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience; 2+ years as a product owner
• A Masters Degree (B.Tech+MBA is preferred)
• Strong experience in agile product development. A certification (Scrum/SAfe/PO) is preferred 
• Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization
• Experience with Project Management Tool such as AzureDevOps/Jira

The role will be a vital one in building our virtual rendering system. You will be responsible for building and extending upon our virtual system that enables our artists to create compelling and spectacular virtual worlds for use in broadcast productions.
