Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and build ontologies (knowledge models) that organize Dell's business information in a structured way.
• Connect data from different systems so that all information is consistent and easy to understand.
• Create relationships between products, customers, services, and other business data to improve search and AI capabilities.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and convert them into structured knowledge models.
• Ensure data is organized according to industry standards such as RDF, OWL, and SPARQL.
• Improve enterprise search, analytics, and AI-driven applications by maintaining accurate knowledge structures.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders on knowledge management projects.
• Manage and update ontologies as new products, services, and business information are introduced.
• Support knowledge graph and metadata initiatives to improve data quality and consistency.
• Use graph databases and ontology management tools (where applicable) to maintain semantic data models.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Ontologist Profile with deep semantic (RDF) ontology experience in complex enterprise environments
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 7+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in semantic (RDF) ontology building/structuring for a complex/large enterprises
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have a strong understanding of content and information management, data structures, and semantic metadata extraction
• Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have strong hands-on experience in taxonomy design, structuring, and lifecycle management
• Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have strong working experience of at least one ontology/TOMS tool such as PoolParty (Semantic Web), TopBraid/TopQuadrant EDG, or GraphDB (Ontotext.
• Mandatory (Tech skill 3) –Must be familiar with W3C industry standards, including RDF, RDFS, SPARQL and OWL
• Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Must have hands-on working experience with at least one graph database such as Neo4j, GraphDB (Ontotext), Neptune, or Stardog
• Mandatory (Tech skill 5) – Must have practical experience with SHACL for constraint and validation work, alongside SKOS
• Mandatory (Tech skill 6) – Must have hands-on exposure to a cloud and infrastructure stack, including AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Mandatory (Communication) – Must be fluent in English, with strong stakeholder management skills to operate across a complex, multi-team environment.many stakeholders.
• Mandatory (Note) – Must be available to work during US time zones for at least 4 hours per day
• Preferred (Tech skill 1) – Should have experience with NLP strategies and tooling for optimisation, such as spaCy or NER-based metadata extraction
• Preferred (Education) – Degree in Computer Science or Library Science, preferably with a minor / concentration / certificate in Information Management or Library Automation

• Strong hands-on code development experience in JAVA 14+, Restful Service, Spring Boot, JDBC Template.
• Experience in SQL scripting
• Experienced in developing and deploying web applications using Spring MVC and Spring boot.
•  Hands on experience in one of the IDE’s – Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Experience with Tools- Maven, Jenkins
• Experience in entire software development life cycle from analysis, coding, testing, debugging and publishing using GIT
•  AWS Services will be an added advantage
• Experience Kafka, K8s and Containers will be an added advantag.

Position name: SAP Technology Specialist L2

Location: Mumbai Andheri East, In Office 

Shift: Rotational Shift (Hybrid-2 days a week-Wed & Thursday)

Role Responsibilities:

• Independently handle complex tasks like system, refreshes, DB upgrades, SAP and DB maintenance tasks, support pack upgrades, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Administer the SAP database (perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution.
• Provide technical and customer support and monitor system performance.
• Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client).
• Handle application alerts.
• Apply and manage SAP maintenances (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology.
• Overall System Monitoring (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
• Analysis of ABAP dumps and system logs errors messages and provide solution.
• Implementing SAP OSS Notes as requested from customer and after coordinating with specialist.
• Apply and maintain certificates on SAP ABAP, JAVA, web dispatcher etc.
• Maintain documentation and procedures on all provided Services, in a supportive role.

Skills and qualifications:

Must Have Skills:

• 4 to 8 years SAP BASIS administration experience.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Excellent communication skills (English - verbal and written).
• Extensive knowledge of information technology, and a solid understanding of SAP software, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration hands-on experience.
• Good knowledge in one or more of the following databases (SQL, MaxDB, DB2, Oracle, HANA, Sybase ASE) and management tools.
• SAP Security (Basic knowledge and understanding)
• Any SAP certifications in NW administration.
• Motivated and quick learner.
