Mid-level PHP Developer

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js

Design and build scalable RESTful APIs

Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications

Implement security and data protection measures

Collaborate with team members to define and deliver high-quality software

Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality

Required Skills

✅ Strong proficiency in JavaScript

✅ Good understanding of Node.js and Express

✅ Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB

✅ Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

✅ Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code

✅ Experience with JWT and modern authorization mechanisms

✅ Knowledge of security and data protection best practices

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
3. Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
4. Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
5. Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
6. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
11. Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

Experience: 2-5 Years experience

Skills:

Core PHP (Knowledge of functions, Methods, PHP OOPS Concept, Ajax, MySQL, Jquery), Javascript, Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, MVC Structure 

Knowledge about socket

What will you do?

• Website development using LAMP technologies.
• Responsible for the development of new applications and enhancements in an existing application.
• Responsible for testing of the application, performance analysis, etc.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while staying focused.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with 100% efficiency.

What does it need?

• This is a role for a talented and ambitious PHP Developer. Experience in web development preferred with graduation in a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of PHP & MySQL is a must.
• Should be capable of deploying application on Apache Web Server.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu etc will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of jQuery and Ajax will be an added advantage.
