Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, with proven experience in building scalable enterprise applications. This role requires proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JSP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams in a U.K. shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and MySQL.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Optimize database queries and ensure application performance and scalability.
• Apply best practices and design patterns for maintainable, clean, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support international clients by working in the U.K. shift.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong expertise in Java (Core & Advanced) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with JSP, MySQL, and backend service development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
• Strong skills in debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization.

Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team that depends on this information

Proficiency with full stack development preferably React, Java, springboot, python. Perform unit tests, resolve bugs and be responsible for the delivery of the project to production

Be a thought leader in bringing the GenAI capabilities to Visa's product development

Be comfortable looking at system logs when needed and identifying bugs when they might appear during course of analysis

Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams

Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable platforms

Synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities

Candidates will be responsible for value proposition definition, communications across technical, business and product functions, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations

Partner with business operations and analytics team to build right monitoring capabilities and metrics which helps monitor the health of the platform and facilitates data driven decision making

Define product requirements which involve writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets

Be the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets

Highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across functions

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind and can be launched globally with minimal tweaks

Work closely with senior leadership providing status, action plan and recommendations

- Good understanding of NODE JS back-end development

- Strong understanding of Node.js and frameworks available for it

- Understanding of front-end technologies, such as React or Angular, HTML and CSS3
-Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.

- Good experience with AJAX, REST and JSON

- Experience with development practices such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development into MERN (React & Node.js ) technology.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Must have Hands-On coding expertise of React.js, Reactstrap, NodeJS, MongoDB and ExpressJS.
• Configuring and managing deployment on AWS (EC2 IAM, S3).
• Knowledge of developing REST API using Express framework and front end integration with PUG engine.
• Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.
