As a Remote Compliance and Audit Intern, you will be focusing on supporting our compliance and internal audit functions to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and align with our ethical values. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal processes, identifying potential compliance gaps, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. Since compliance plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments across Springer Capital, gaining insight into both operational and strategic aspects of the organization.

Role Description :

This is an on-site, full-time Project Manager role based in Bengaluru, requiring strong Business Analyst expertise within the Automobile Software domain and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology. Responsibilities include managing and expediting project workflows, coordinating various tasks, and delivering high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will interact with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with deadlines, and oversee inspection, logistics, and quality assurance processes. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completing projects efficiently.

- Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on time.

- Strong capabilities in Inspection to maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications.

- Skills in Logistics Management for the smooth coordination and delivery of project-related resources.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential for managing projects in the Automobile Software domain.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and more than 7 years of experience in a similar role.

- Familiarity with the Automobile Software industry is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations. Key Responsibilities

• Own complete HR Operations lifecycle: Onboarding → Documentation → HRMS → Attendance → Payroll Coordination → Exit
• Manage and guide HR Executives to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Drive HRMS (Zoho People) modules, workflows & automation end-to-end.
• Create, optimize & track HR workflows, forms, policies, and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & internal processes.
• Manage attendance, leave administration & geo-tracking rules.
• Coordinate payroll inputs & ensure timely monthly closures.
• Maintain employee records, dashboards, reports & audit data.
• Respond to HR tickets/queries with speed & empathy.
• Support engagement activities, culture programs & internal communication.
• Partner with leaders to ensure high HR experience & operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
• Must have strong experience in Zoho People (automation/workflows/reports)
• Experience managing HR Executives / small team
• Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and operational frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced & tech-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset with data-first approach

Responsibilities‌ ‌:‌ ‌

• You will be responsible for managing and growing an incredible and diverse team of fitness professionals, guiding them in the best practices in revenue generation, client engagement, client management, fitness package generation and trainer tools optimization.
• Guide onboarded ‌‌fitness professionals of our Trainer Community with the next step of the process and ensure trainers remain engaged with the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for fitness professionals to grow.
• Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape to ensure trainer revenue maximisation.
• Engage with fitness professionals to get feedback and note grievances in the product and other business processes. 
• Update and maintain the daily trainer report on a regular basis- Keeping a routine check on engagement targets and achievements
• Strategize with management on trainer community engagement programs

Requirements‌ ‌:‌ ‌

• Exceptional ‌communication‌ ‌and‌ ‌interpersonal‌ ‌skills.‌
• Background in fitness industry with 5-6 years of experience
• Certifications in Fitness such as NASM, K11, etc
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi ‌
• Passion‌ ‌for‌ ‌fitness,‌ ‌mobile‌ ‌and‌ ‌technology‌ ‌is‌ ‌a‌ ‌plus!‌ ‌

• Track & effectively address queries with timeliness and accuracy.
• Answer incoming queries over phone and emails

• Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Should be able to work, manage & maintain the CRM software.
• Coordinate with internal managers for updating data
• Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
