We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive – International (Voice & Chat)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our International Contact Centre team & Chat. If you have strong communication skills and Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory) with experience in BPO/KPO or international call center handling global customers via voice and chat this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Own end-to-end customer interactions across voice and chat (international & domestic)

·      Deliver quick, accurate, and high-quality responses with a customer-first approach

·      Resolve queries and issues proactively with clear follow-through

·      Maintain clean and structured documentation

·      Ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction,

·      Operate with discipline by following SOPs, quality benchmarks, and processes

·      Stay flexible and aligned with global time zones and dynamic operational needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      1–3 years of experience in customer support (voice and/or chat process)

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

·      Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers professionally

·      Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills)

·      Good listening skills and attention to detail

·      Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotational week offs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/KPO or international call center environment
• Exposure to global customer handling and cultural sensitivity

Shift Timings:

·       Day Shift: 11am – 9pm

·       Night Shift: 9pm – 7am

6 days Working (Rotational week-offs)

Job Description: SAP SD Consultant (S/4HANA)

Work location: Bengaluru/ Remote (Preferably Bengaluru)

Work Mode: 5 days office

Yeras of experience in SAP SD: 5+ years

• Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with hands-on expertise in Advanced ATP (aATP) for order fulfillment and availability checks in S/4HANA.
• Configure and manage aATP functionalities including Product Allocation (PAL), Backorder Processing (BOP), and Supply Assignment (ARun).
• Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize order promising and fulfillment processes.
• Perform integration with SAP modules (MM, PP, EWM) and support testing, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

• Take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams.

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which include: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support

• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules that handle the interaction between multiple components.

• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions

• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable

• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions

• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to the outage

• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.

• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science

• Software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms

• Experience in architecting & building real-time, large-scale e-commerce applications

• Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic is a plus

• Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms

• Experience with web technologies, Go/Java/Python

• Language: GO or Python

• Strong expertise in DS and Algo

• Strong leadership skills - have experience mentoring, building products from scratch or incumbent in design and architecture.

• Have worked in the scaling of the system right from scratch.
