Requirements & Responsibilities:-

• Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT).
• Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Creating and maintaining the QA Documentation, like Test Plans & Strategy, Test Cases & Execution Reporting, RTA(Requirement Traceability Matrix), and Release Notes.
• Good knowledge of Database Testing and SQL queries.
• Ability to create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Experience in defect tracking and management using Jira or similar tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Domain experience in Banking and FinTech is a plus.

Manual QA Requirement: Manual QA Testers – Mobile Application Testing 2–3 Manual QA Testers to support an ongoing mobile application project. Key Requirements: ● 3–5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on mobile application testing (mandatory). ● Hands-on experience testing applications built on React Native. ● Basic understanding of Java-based microservices on the backend. ● Working knowledge of Detox (React Native testing framework) is preferred. ● Good to have: ○ Exposure to fintech, particularly with an understanding of trading or investment platforms. ○ Experience with Playwright (not mandatory).

With a direct reporting line to the QA Lead, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and executing test plans to identify software issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product specifications.

• Issue Documentation: Document and track bugs, as well as collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in testing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management and development teams to understand product vision and deliver software that aligns with customer and market needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within fintech or finance software companies.
• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA metrics, including bug tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data and ensure database integrity.
• Identify, report, and track defects; collaborate with developers for quick resolution.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements for creating effective test plans.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and system testing as part of release cycles.

Must-Have Skills
