What You’ll Do

• Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the founders on key HR transformation projects, including digital adoption, organizational design, and company-wide OKR tracking.
• Process & System Building: Collaborate with subject matter experts to build structured HR knowledge systems, create internal SOPs, and enhance documentation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on HR analytics, project milestones, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Technology Integration: Implement and manage tools and workflows using our HRIS (Zoho People), Notion, Excel, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Operational Excellence: Take the initiative to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements, ensuring our HR operations are scalable and robust.
• Internal Communication: Own internal communications and updates related to HR initiatives and execution tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

• A recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Generalist) with strong analytical and communication skills.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and videos. We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer, responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

5+ years of experience with React js, work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices; experience with Electron js framework is a plus.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel E-commerce and Marketplace websites and maintaining the back-end of mobile applications
• Familiarity using Bagisto, Open Cart or any other PHP e-commerce packages.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the App Development team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
