Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack with AWS

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join UpSolve Solutions in Mumbai. This client-facing, on-site role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, specifically focusing on GenAI and LLMs. The AI Developer will leverage expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to build cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business innovation and solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Strong projects in Flask + JS

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science)

What can you expect?

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

- Stronghold in both front-end & back-end development/ algorithms with experience of building agile, highly scalable, data-driven

We are looking for Fullstack Engineers (MERN) to help us in the next stage of our journey with experience in developing real-time server applications based on Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB databases. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You are expected to work with the best selection of tools, libraries, and cloud platforms to deliver a high-performance, scalable, flexible, reliable, and seamlessly integrated back-end solution to be used with a variety of mobile and web-browser-based clients.

Responsibilities :

Requirements:

- 4+ years professional software engineering experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or foreign equivalent)

- Proven experience in high-level programming languages like Node.js and Express.js with state management tools like Redux

- Good understanding of React, Next.JS, Bootstrap, and Material UI

- Thorough understanding of modeling and scaling databases like Firestore, and SQL

- Expertise in developing micro-services based REST APIs and exposure to API Gateway (GraphQL a plus)

- Should be well-versed with collaboration tools like Git and Swagger

- Significant experience in developing high performance, distributed, and scalable applications with container deployment (Docker and Kubernetes)

- Comfortable working within GCP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent ecosystem

-Bonus point: Experience working with ML and recommendation systems

- Knowledge on open-source technologies such as NoSQL, MongoDB, Data Formats (XML / JSON), JavaScript Frameworks ReactJS, JS, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, in memory databases, Build tools like webpack.

- Preference will be given to the Immediate joiner

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Ship product, independently and/or as part of a small team 

Collaborate with other engineers to build new features 

Debugging using dev consoles, firebug, firecookie, or any of your favorite tools. 

Help troubleshoot production issues and resolve critical customer facing issues Provide top-notch support to our customers 

You Should Have: 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in JavaScript. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX. 

Deep understanding of closures, prototypal inheritance, DOM manipulation, HTTP, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges. 

Strong Experience with NodeJS and Express JS. 

Hands-on with a code management system like GIT, SVN. 

Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CouchDB or CouchBase. 

Good to have: Experience with ReactJS and Typescript. 

Will be developing mobile and web applications using latest technology. Should be good in analysing requirements and translate into applications. Good in understanding application flows.

Tech Skills –

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js) – Expert level - at least 2-3 full sized projects

Cloud technology – Familiar with using cloud technology (AWS, GCP etc) – Intermediate – Should be able to interact with the services from cloud (e.g. firebase etc)

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Intermediate level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers

Mobile technology – Hybrid (ionic, Cordova, capacitor, flutter), Native (Android, iOS) – Beginner – Should have understanding of concepts, good with basics
