We are looking for a Fullstack Developer Intern to join our Engineering team. You’ll build and improve internal products. This is a hands-on internship focused on learning by shipping. Your ultimate goal will be to build highly responsive and innovative AI based software solutions that meet our business needs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build user-facing features using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Convert designs into responsive UI using Tailwind CSS and reusable components.
• Work with APIs to integrate frontend with backend services.
• Implement common product workflows: authentication, forms, dashboards, tables, and navigation.
• Fix bugs, write clean code, and improve performance.
• Collaborate in a PR-based workflow on GitHub.
• Write and maintain documentation for the features you ship.
• Learn and apply best practices: component structure, state management, error handling, accessibility basics.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, customization, and support of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to translate requirements into efficient and effective ServiceNow applications. Your expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and Administration will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements and best practices.
• Customise and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalogue, to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure functionality, stability, and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with administrators and other developers to establish development standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow platform usage.
• Train and mentor junior developers and provide guidance on ServiceNow development techniques and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and workflows.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, ServiceNow Developer Studio, and ServiceNow Workflow Editor,
• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and web service integrations
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management (ITSM) concepts, and IT operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.

We are looking for a Full Stack Lead having worked on NodeJS and React with total experience of 4 to 6 years. Minimum two year of experience in NodeJS, React and Redux is required for this position.

Responsible for requirements understanding, propose architecture, detailed design, development and timely deliverables with the highest quality standards.

We are looking for Product creators who can work with minimum inputs from business and are able to deliver products quickly and with quality.

This person should have worked in Enterprise class product from scratch. Start-up experience would be highly desirable.

Tech Stack: Node.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, Mix panel/Metabase, Instamojo and Razor Pay, Google Analytics, FB Pixel, SEO, Dev Ops, CI/CD, Micro services, Unit Testing

Responsibilities

·      Will be responsible for designing and developing web-based enterprise class solutions using NodeJS, React and Redux.

·      Should be expert in writing Unit Test Cases with NodeJS and React and with quality.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Proven experience as an individual contributor/Architect.

·      Should be able to quicky come up with system design by understanding business requirement and translate into good quality product.

·      Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

·      Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.

·      Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills

·      Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

·      Thorough understanding of React.js, HTML, CSS and its core principles

·      Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

·      Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript

·      Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

·      Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

·      Familiarity with RESTful APIs

·      Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

·      Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

·      Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

·      Knowledge of CI/CD and should have worked on at least one tool like Jenkins etc.

·      Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

·      A knack for benchmarking and optimization

·      Familiarity with GIT Technology like GitHub, Bitbucket

Desirable (Nice to Have skills):

·      Knowledge of Data analytics platform like Meta Base.

·      Good understanding of digital marketing, Google & FB Analytics, consumer funnel data tracking tools, including SEO.

·      Experience of e-commerce start up would be an added plus.

·      Scaling experience using AWS, knowledge of EBS, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices.

·      AWS Certification would be an added plus.

·      Knowledge of Dev/Ops and should be able to set up CI/CD quickly.

·      Participation in Hackathons is an added plus.

Eligibility

BTech or MTech in Computer Science from a reputed institute, IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, COEP (Pune), VJTI, BHU or ISM

Good knowledge on Data Structure and Algorithms.

• Strong knowledge in .NET application development with hands-on experience in .Net core and azure.
• Good knowledge in front-end design (HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS), Bootstrap, JQuery.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur / Pune, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.
• Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS 
• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend
• Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go
• Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL
