Working Schedule:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

• Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive frontend interfaces using React.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.

Solution Architect – .NET & Angular

Location: Chandigarh (with frequent onsite Jaipur)

Experience: 10+ years (3+ in architecture roles)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractual- 3-5 months)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in the .NET and Angular stack to lead technical design and implementation for complex government IT projects. The role is focused on system architecture, integrations, performance, and code quality, working alongside an established project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own solution architecture, including component design, data flow, integration patterns, and deployment topology.
• Lead preparation of HLD, LLD, and technical documentation as per government standards.
• Review and guide implementation of modules built on ASP.NET Core, Angular, and MSSQL.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, GIGW, and NIC integration standards.
• Conduct code reviews, resolve architectural blockers, and guide the team on tech decisions.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure design.

Technical Skills:

• ASP.NET Core, Angular 12+, TypeScript
• MS SQL Server
• REST API design, JWT/OAuth2, caching, queues
• Govt Cloud
• Knowledge of government integration protocols (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, eOffice, etc.)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in at least 2 government/PSU projects
• Familiarity with STQC, GIGW, data residency, and compliance mandates
• Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft Azure)

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of at least one back-end languages (preferably Python/Ruby/ Node.js) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• For us, security is of utmost importance - You understand security concepts deeply and write code to protect us and our users.
• Should be able to architect robust Restful APIs
• Proactive, Strong Result orientation (propose solutions based on product capabilities) and Creativity.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the product development life cycles.

Software development and platform engineering has driven our success and growth of our platform & data businesses. You'll be an integral part of product development team working collaboratively with cross functional team of business heads, product managers, credit risk experts, data scientists and technologists to iteratively design and build fintech products. You'll be constantly be challenged and you'll have the freedom to discover and advocate new technologies. 

Requirements:

We are looking for people who are truly full stack, and are as comfortable working on javascript front end as they are debugging database interactions, or improving their CloudFormation templates. While we are open to any degree and colleges, we are look for people who prides in being a coder and have demonstrable (3+ years) experience in software development. In particular we look for people who can:

• Code backend services, ideally using Node.js or Java, or other server side compiled language.
• Design and develop Rest API with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience of GraphQL is an advantage
• Develop modern and secure web front ends, ideally using React, Express and Redux.
• Interface with No-SQL/ MongoDB or SQL based data bases (PortgresSQL).
• Deploy their code into the cloud and support it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with kubernetes and serverless is an advantage.
• Deliver in agile manner while coding cleanly, automating testing and clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Takes ownership of a feature from the original idea through to live.
