About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in PHP and/or Python, along with modern front-end development using React.js, to join our development team.

The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, CRM platforms, dashboards, REST APIs, automation tools, and workflow-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP, Laravel) and/or Python (Django, FastAPI).
• Develop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Build modern, reusable, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js. • Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5. • Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC). • Integrate third-party APIs and internal services using REST/JSON. • Develop automation scripts, background tasks, scheduled jobs, and workflow automation.
• Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance and reliability. • Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers and cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean.
• Work with Git, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile development practices. • Collaborate with developers and other team members to design and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

Backend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and/or Python.
• PHP experience with Core PHP and Laravel.
• Python experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and/or FastAPI. • Strong understanding of REST API development and JSON.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and API integration. • Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.

Frontend Development

• Proficiency in React.js.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•  Bachelors or master’s in software engineering, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
•  5+ years experience as a Back-End or Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience working with Python with  3+ years Preferably with AWS Services knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Queues, Topics, etc)
•  Strong Knowledge in Python v3.x Language
•  Experience in REST APIs with JSON
•  Error handling and Logging 
•  Any DB knowledge
