The Role

We are looking for a scrappy, high-agency Full-Stack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our core team. This isn't a role where you’ll be a small cog in a giant machine. You will report directly to the CEO, working alongside leaders who have scaled products for billions of users. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, moving seamlessly between architecting backend services and crafting fluid frontend experiences.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• The Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Svelte.
• Full-Stack Mindset: Strong foundational knowledge of backend architecture and the ability to own a feature from database schema to UI deployment.
• Versatility: You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory, whether it's optimizing video rendering pipelines or refining a checkout flow.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a "Product Engineer" at heart. You don't just want a ticket assigned to you; you want to understand the "why" behind the feature. You are based in Maharashtra and are ready to put in the hours to build something that defines a category.

Required Skills (more the better):

• PHP, Laravel, MySQL/ MariaDB, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX/ Fetch, jQuery, Web services and APIs
• MVC framework, Design Patterns, Authentication, Eloquent, Providers, Middleware, Supervisor, Cron Jobs, Postman etc.
• Experience of entire software development lifecycle
• Project delivery experience and has handled clients directly

• Managed a team of at least 4 developers
• Client Interaction and requirements management

Additional Skills:

• Versioning tools such as Git, Bit Bucket, and concepts like branching
• DevOps: Knowledge of operating systems, hosting and deployment on cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure etc will be added advantage

Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps to lead the development of Salesforce connectors for our marketing technology products.

What would you do?

·      Take a lead role with design and implementation of Salesforce connectors for our marketing platforms.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in establishing application requirements, determining features, creating customer-friendly solutions, and determining support needs and performance requirements. 

·      Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software to satisfy these requirements. 

·      Work according to the agile programming application development methodology adhered to including test-first, iterative development, and continuous re-prioritization.  

·      Support the maintenance of our hosted technology solutions. 

·      Work with other team members in accomplishing group objectives and participating in code reviews. 

·      Ensure timely and robust implementation of the company’s development plans.

·      Ensure that all relevant parties are kept up to date on progress of projects and give feedback on an ongoing basis. 

·      Contribute to the review, selection, and adoption of proprietary tools and technologies.

Experience

·      7+ years’ experience in web application design and development 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience 

Primary Skills

·      Experience with Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, etc. 

·      Experience building and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange apps. 

·      Experience working with databases and/or CRM systems. 

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

·      Strong background in Java 

·      AWS ecosystem and tools, developing for serverless environments. 

·      Front-end expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. 

·      Other languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, etc. are all valuable.

• Expertise with NodeJS (extensively using ExpressJS), AngularJS and MySQL
• Rich user interface development experience with HTML5, JQuery, w3css/bootstrap etc and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and Angular 
• Expertise in building real-time web applications using MQTT, Websocket, Socket.IO, and EventSource frameworks
• Comfortable with developing MVC architecture-based code
• Comfortable in using at least one of the Graph/Chart libraries
• Ability with report generation from HTML contents
• Skilled in implementing security features across the applications and components
• Experience with tools usage - Code quality, Memory/CPU profiling tools
• Skilled with code optimization techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• The Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC) Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front- end, back- end, and database development.
• Develop web sites, applications and rich multi- media experiences according to the brief and technical specifications.
• Must have experience and knowledge in Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony Framework.
• The applicant is expected to possess strong problem-solving skills programming, testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony framework(s), jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, MySQL/Postgre SQL/Mongo DB.
• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming using HMVC framework.
