Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Finance will support the finance team in ensuring timely and accurate financial
reporting, compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), budget planning, forecasting, and financial
analysis. The role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial systems, and the ability to drive
financial discipline across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IND AS;
ensure timely book closures and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
● Maintain the general ledger, ensure accurate transaction classification, and prepare
management reports with variance analysis and key financial metrics.
● Ensure compliance with IND AS, stay updated on changes, draft accounting position papers,
and resolve complex accounting issues.
● Coordinate with auditors on IND AS disclosures and support budget preparation, forecasting,
and long-term financial planning.
● Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual), analyze cost drivers, margins, and KPIs to
support strategic decisions and scenario planning.
