We are hiring for a Product Manager who will -

What Will You Own -

1.Business Outcome Ownership-

You will own measurable business metrics such as:

• Product led growth mapped to business and revenue enablers
• Adoption and activation metrics
• Retention, NPS, and customer expansion
• Cross / upsell enablement via Product Strategy

2. Market & Competitive Intelligence-

• Build deep understanding of India and Global retail tech landscape
• Identify whitespace and defensible product moats
• Translate macro trends (AI, omnichannel, automation) into product advantage
• Shape 12–18 month strategic product direction aligned to market growth KPIs

3. Customer-Backwards Thinking-

• Lead structured discovery with customers
• Convert insights into scalable, repeatable product bets
• Protect long-term product integrity over short-term customizations

4. Product Craft & Execution Excellence-

• Translate strategy into crisp PRDs and solution briefs. We need PMs who will deliver prototypes not just PRDs
• Drive prioritization frameworks grounded in ROI and impact
• Exceptional product sense knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work
• Builder mindset with obsession for speed and constraint free thinking.

5. AI-Native Product Innovation-

• Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows
• Move beyond dashboards into automation & copilots that could add delight to customers
• Be obsessed to test and adopt all contemporary AI tools and technologies

6. Own the success post launch-

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance post launch
• Use data and analytics to make informed prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Equip sales, support and marketing so they can prepare their work and effectively communicate and win with customers

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance tracking
• Mandatory (Stability) – Candidate should have worked minimum 1.5 years in each company
• Mandatory (Company) - Ecommerce / POS/ Retail Tech SaaS Companies

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via IVR (inbound calls), chat, and email.

You will be responsible for resolving customer issues within defined SLAs, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and proactively identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

This role is performance-driven, with clear KRAs and KPIs focused on resolution speed, ownership, customer satisfaction, and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Issue Resolution & Productivity

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and email tickets professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate ticket creation and categorisation in the CRM for every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues within defined SLAs (majority within 4 business hours).
• Maintain high First Contact Resolution (FCR) for IVR interactions.
• Maintain quick First Response Time (FRT) for chat and email tickets.
• Maintain high availability and responsiveness during assigned shifts.

2. Customer Experience & Satisfaction

• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience during every customer interaction.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by setting the correct expectations.
• Ensure customers clearly understand the resolution before closing tickets.
• Provide complete and accurate support to ensure issues are fully resolved.

3. Ownership & Accountability

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tickets until closure.
• Avoid unnecessary escalations by resolving issues at the first touchpoint whenever possible.
• Proactively follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within the defined SLA.
• Escalate issues only when necessary, providing complete context and documentation.

4. Revenue Signals, Cross-Sell & Proactiveness

• Identify and share qualified upsell, cross-sell, or referral opportunities during customer interactions.
• Highlight relevant MyOperator products or features based on the customer’s needs.
• Share opportunities clearly with the Account Manager via CRM or defined processes.

5. Process Adherence & CRM Hygiene

• Follow defined support processes, workflows, and communication guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all tickets and customer interactions.
• Participate in new process rollouts, tool adoption, and team initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages are a plus).
• Strong customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask across calls, chats, and tickets simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and support dashboards.
• Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, telecom, or customer support roles.
• Experience handling chat or omnichannel support environments.
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms or cloud communication tools.
