Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive is entrusted with the responsibility of delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Prompt Customer Response:

·        Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing questions related to products, orders, and special orders.

2.   Record Keeping:

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

3.   Product and Service Information:

·        Provide customers with detailed product and service information and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.   Collaboration:

·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing and resolving issues that may require cross-functional coordination.

5.   Order Updates:

·        Communicate with customers through email to provide timely updates on their orders and address any inquiries they may have regarding the status of their purchases.

6.   Issue Resolution:

·        Proactively identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.

7. Team Collaboration:

·        Work closely with the Sales and Support Team to address customer queries related to products, services, and order fulfillment, fostering a collaborative team environment.

8. Continuous Improvement:

·        Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service function, recommending changes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience:

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of effectively addressing customer needs.

·        Knowledge of jewelry products is good to have.

Skills:

·        Excellent written communication skills (English) to interact with customers through email and chat effectively.

·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

·        strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in recording customer interactions and addressing inquiries precisely.

·        Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures, staying current with product knowledge and company policies.

Good understanding of English language.

Any Graduate with a desire to become a web developer. Freshers are welcomed.

Responsibilities

Manage reports and sales leads in salesforce.com, CRM.

Develop content, manage design, and user access to SharePoint sites for customers and employees.

Build data driven reports, store procedures, query optimization using SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.

Learned the essentials to C++ and Java to refine code and build the exterior layer of web pages.

Configure and load xml data for the BVT tests.

Set up a GitHub page.

Develop spark scripts by using Scala shell as per requirements.

Develop and A/B test improvements to business survey questions on iOS.

Deploy statistical models to various company data streams using Linux shells.

Create monthly performance-base client billing reports using MySQL and NoSQL databases.

Utilize Hadoop and MapReduce to generate dynamic queries and extract data from HDFS.

Create source code utilizing JavaScript and PHP language to make web pages functional.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.

• 6+ years Experienced in building data pipelines and deployment pipelines for machine learning models
• 4+ years’ experience with ML/AI toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, AWS Sagemaker, MXNet, H20, etc.
• 4+ years’ experience developing ML/AI models in Python/R
• Must have leadership abilities to lead a project and team.
• Must have leadership skills to lead and deliver projects, be proactive, take ownership, interface with business, represent the team and spread the knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning techniques (e.g., Bayesian, regression, classification, clustering, time series, deep learning).
• Should be able to help deploy various models and tune them for better performance.
• Working knowledge in operationalizing models in production using model repositories, API s and data pipelines.
• Experience with machine learning and computational statistics packages.
• Experience with Data Bricks, Data Lake.
• Experience with Dremio, Tableau, Power Bi.

Requirements:

• Should have deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and other SQL based Databases
• Knowledge and proficiency in NoSQL is a bonus

• Knowledge of NodeJS deployment over servers like AWS, the digital ocean.
