Description:
We’re looking for a Head of Technical Recruiting with a strong understanding of software development to lead and scale our tech hiring. You will partner with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, build efficient interview processes, and deliver high-quality hires across backend, frontend, data, platform, and product engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical hiring strategy
Partner with CTO/Engineering leaders on workforce planning
Manage and mentor technical recruiters
Design and improve technical interview processes
Drive senior and critical tech hires
Track and improve hiring metrics (time-to-hire, quality, funnel)
Requirements:
6+ years in recruiting, primarily technical hiring
3+ years leading recruiting teams
Strong understanding of software development and tech stacks
Experience hiring across engineering roles (BE/FE/FS/Data/DevOps, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Engineering or technical background
Experience in fast-growing tech companies
-Experience as a Technical / Enterprise Architect with strong knowledge of technologies / paradigms such as AI/ML, Micro-services, REST APIs, using MEAN /MERN & MongoDB
-Experience in defining and implementing and managing Cloud infrastructure
-Experience in setting up Architecture and technology vision and adoption of technology advancements into product delivery
-Should have worked with key technology partners in architecting various solutions
-Developing, Training, and mentoring in-house & outsourced Engineering teams

Requirements:
-Experience in Fintech and B2C SaaS applications

-Knowledge of selected coding languages (PHP, Python)
-Familiarity with various operating systems (eg Windows, UNIX) and databases (eg MongoDB / MySQL)
-Ability to articulate technical solutions & ROI associated to multiple stakeholders such as Product engineering teams, business leaders, CXOs etc
-Organizational and leadership skills
-BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
-Experience with Product-centric Organizations
The ideal candidate would be a person having a strong technical know-how of Drupal application development & CMS concepts, backed with an equally strong hands-on experience. He / She should be fluent with the design concepts using Drupal 8 and above(Must) as well as be well versed with the best practices in the development, testing & deployment phases.
Experience : 5 – 9 years
Contract duration : 6 months
Major Accountability
• Demonstrate expertise in authoring & customizing Drupal modules as well as have experience in working with views, panels and features.
• Carry-out impact analysis & estimation for given set of requirements.
• Develop code by adhering to the Drupal, security and accessibility standards.
• Act as liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Work self-directed and independently.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Have overall 4-8 years of IT experience on Drupal 8 platforms.
• Have expertise in developing complex websites based on Drupal 8 platforms and framework-based web applications.
• Have expertise in LAMP environment.
• Have working knowledge of web servers like Apache, Nginx etc.
• Have strong experience with source/version control systems.
• Have excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills.
Education
• Minimum education: B.E., BTech, MCA
• Languages: English written & spoken
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Own code for the products with responsibilities including but not limited to designing, developing, testing, maintenance of products.
- Building RESTful services and do DevOps.
- Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows.
- Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates
- Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.
- Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.
Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience of working with backend systems; designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves.
- At least 1-8 years of experience in any programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python, and Node.js(Node.js preferred).
- Understanding of micro-services-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics
- Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.
- Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Have empathy for the users you build for

- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
