Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 8+ years of overall Software Engineering/Development experience

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer located in Bengaluru. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-friendly features. You will collaborate with the development team, contribute to the overall architecture of the application, and ensure high-quality code and documentation.

Qualifications

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years Experience with Java

Responsibilities

• Understand existing business operations tool used by customer support and business teams.
• Work with Engineering Manager to upgrade the system to improve system stability and response times.
• Independently lead design and implement new features as per business requirements provided by Product Management team.
• Develop elegant, modular and maintainable solutions. Document all design, operations steps for knowledge sharing purposes.
• Guide junior team members on feature implementation and provide relevant training on existing modules.

• Experience in consuming and developing secure RESTful API/web-services
• Comfortable using Unix / Linux machines from command prompt
• As a full-stack architect in the team, you'll bring your ideas to life on a technology stack of Node JS and NoSQL Databases among others.

• You would be responsible for writing SRS and require strong technical writing and communication skills
