Job Description :

We are hiring Java Developers with expertise in Spring Boot, Multi-threading, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
• Implement multi-threading and optimize application performance.
• Work with PostgreSQL for efficient data management.
• Utilize Redis for caching and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.

Technical Skills:

✅ Java (3+ Years) – Strong coding and problem-solving skills.

✅ Spring Boot – Experience in building microservices-based applications.

✅ Multi-threading – Knowledge of concurrency and thread-safe programming.

✅ PostgreSQL – Database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.

Eligibility :

• Software Engineering
  • Design and develop highly scalable, available, reliable, secure and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance for a market leader in the logistics industry
  • Partner with team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements and spread design philosophy, goals and improve the code quality across the team
  • Research new technologies and tools that enable building the next generation of our services
  • Provide technology leadership to the team and foster engineering excellence
• Product Delivery
  • Partner with product managers to define and execute on the feature roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design
  • Coordinate with various cross functional teams on planning and execution
  • Maintaining automated build / test / deployment environments

• Software Engineering
  • Should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications on Java, Ruby, Kotlin, Python, Node or Go for large scale applications
  • Deep knowledge of one of the programming languages they have experience in
  • Proficient in OOP and Design Patterns, experience with functional programming would be a plus
  • Data modelling experience in Relational Databases
  • Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services
• Product Delivery
  • Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency
  • Well versed in working with agile methodologies which includes phases such as design, development, code review, testing and release management
  • Ability to have worked in a CI/CD environment, with hands on experience with Git or any similar source code management tools
• Product Maintenance

• Experience troubleshooting server performance issues such as memory tuning, GC tuning, resource leaks
• Continuously refactor applications to ensure high quality design

Product Responsibilities:

Work with the GTM team to deliver success for the products.

Collaborate with the Recruitment/HR team to hire exceptional talent for your own team and also for other teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science from a reputed engineering college.

10+ years of proven experience, with 2+ years of leading a team.

Very strong in hands-on coding.

8+ years of combined experience in JVM languages(Java, Scala, Kotlin, etc), any scripting language like python, relational and non-relational databases.

Very strong in system design. You should have designed and implemented large-scale Web applications or data systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.

Good to have:

Don't worry, we'll ramp you up, but experience in any of these areas will help you hit the ground running:

Familiarity with technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Hadoop ecosystem, and modern warehouses like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc.

Experience working with public cloud systems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience with containerization and technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

 Knowledge of large-scale, data-heavy distributed systems.
