Job Overview

Surety Seven Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, build scalable applications, guide development teams, and drive technical excellence across projects.

This role requires strong ownership, leadership capability, and hands-on coding expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack applications
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards & best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of microservices architecture (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience leading technical modules or teams

Requirements:

• Good CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years of experience in building scalable and maintainable web apps including 
• 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience in React.js
• Profound knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Proficient in Git
• Solid knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MYSQL
• Experience in designing database schema with proper use of indexes, constraints, triggers, etc.
• Hands-on experience with in-memory databases like Redis, Memcache, etc.
• Well-versed in writing raw SQL queries (not via ActiveRecord :P)
• Have worked with background job processing systems such as Sidekiq, Delayed Jobs, etc
• Solid Foundation and Understanding of REST APIs and have built robust, scalable APIs
• Hands-on experience in writing automated tests using RSpec or any other framework.
• An ability to communicate and work in a team

Bonus if:

• You have ever built a Ruby Gem or a JS library
• You have hands-on experience in DevOps
• You have hands-on experience with ElasticSearch/Redis
• You have used GCP services earlier

Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux knowledge is desirable. Having worked in a product development environment is desirable. Having worked in the finance and banking domain is desirable.

Location : Chennai (Arumbakkam)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Participate in scrum meetings & design discussions.

2. Develop core REST APIs using .Net Core

3. Design & development of user interfaces using Angular 10 & above

4. Coordinating with other developers and designers in the team to get the desired results.

5. Good understanding of Angular JS optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design.

6.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Technologies: .Net Core, ASP.Net, HTML5, CSS3, Angular 10 & Above.

Experience Level: 2 - 4 years

Requirement :

Must be able to work independently,

Should be good in OOPS and fundamentals.

Should have knowledge in handling source control (Git).

Preferred full stack developer.
