Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services and APIs.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability.

7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as part of the on-call rotation.

We are looking for Flutter Developers responsible for developing cross-platform mobile

applications.

Work Details:

● Building modern and cross platform mobile applications using Flutter.

● Collaborating with the Planning and Design teams to bring ideas to life.

● Performing app profiling and improving performance.

● Improving code quality through code reviews.

● Developing new features, maintaining code, and fixing/debugging issues.

You need to have:

● One or more published Flutter apps on the App Store / Play Store.

● Good understanding of Flutter and Dart.

● Beginner to intermediate level knowledge of Java, Kotlin or Swift.

● Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc.

● Willingness to learn about new technologies and trends in mobile.

● Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

● Working knowledge of Reactive programming is a plus.

● Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging

technologies.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional

experience.

● Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and

disruptive environment.

• Expertise in design and development of various web and enterprise – level applications using Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Rest services.
• Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and REST)
• Tools required: Maven,Eclipse, Github, and Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL and Redis (NOSql)
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) to help deliver high visibility and impact features for the ChakraHQ Platform. ChakraHQ Platform is the world's first Omnichannel Process Automation Platform. Imagine AWS but for operations and business teams; built on cutting edge technology stacks, to solve problems for modern businesses.

Technology specialists at ChakraHQ are at the core of the company's decisions and vision. As an SDE2, you will contribute to the design and development of the core technology stack of the ChakraHQ Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success you will take ownership to develop features, plugins and custom fixes that will materially impact customer’s and ChakraHQ’s business. You will also be responsible for maintaining a streamlined build and CI/CD system. You will help coordinate the incorporation of upstream features into the ChakraHQ Platform.

Back End Engineer

• Work with other engineers to develop and test tools and applications used by team on daily basis
• Play a significant role in the ongoing evolution and refinement of current tools and applications
• Triage, troubleshoot, escalate and provide resolution to production issues.
• Reproduce, document and escalate product defects to the Engineering Team.
• Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution or escalation.
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams which requires strong presentation skills and attention to details
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience. MS degree is preferred.
• 9+ years development experience in JAVA (using OO Design and Analysis, Design Patterns, etc.)
• High experience in Java 8 Required.
• 4+ years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed and reliable Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, etc.
• Should have knowledge on Cloud applications preferably on AWS.
• Knowledge on building Front end applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Solr/Lucene will be a plus.
• Experience with Tomcat, Jax-RS, REST, JPA, IntelliJ, Groovy, Hibernate is must.
• Experience with build technologies like Gradle, Jenkins will be a plus.  
• Experience with Test Driven Development using TestNG/Junit testing frameworks.
• Experience working with version control like GIT.
