- Can handle calls with the client & customer to know their feedback
- Writing clean code & able to dig into other's code or open-source code.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Good problem-solving skills are a must

- Expertise in Node.js development, Javascript (hands-on Experience )
- Exposure to developing APIs with Node JS
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, sails.js, StrongLoop, etc
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database
- Knowledge of tools like Docker, Git, Postman, JSdocs, etc.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Added advantage (Python or Ruby or Golang)
- Self-motivated and able to drive the team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in fintech is a plus

• Interest in our tech stack (Java or Scala, SQL Databases, NoSQL, Microservices, and AWS)
• Strong computer science fundamentals with data structures, algorithms, various programming languages, distributed systems, etc. 
• Understanding of engineering best practices—you constantly seek to improve engineering standards, tooling and processes

• Comfortable helping drive technical decisions within our Engineering team

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java/Python/Golang along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 10yrs to 15 yrs.

• Should be comfortable working in support with development projects
• Experience working on Spring (MVC, Boot, Batch, Security, Data)
• 4-5 years experience in Java-J2EE Development.
• Individual contributor.
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE.
• Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
• Good in development code in Java/J2EE, new oracle query, procedures, functions, design the page, validate of java/Script
• Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.

Technical Experience :

• 2-6 years of Python working experience
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework /Django/ Flask
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping d
• Familiarity with front-end technologies JavaScript and HTML5
