Role:

You'll architect and build our frontend from the ground up, crafting a modern, production-ready agentic AI application that makes complex database insights clear, accessible, and actionable. In this high-impact role, your technical decisions will shape how our platform scales and evolves.

What You'll Own

• Design and implement the entire frontend architecture using modern technologies
• Build responsive, performant UIs that handle real-time data and complex user workflows
• Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to define system boundaries, advocate for optimal data flows, and craft experiences that make AI accessible
• Establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, and code quality
• Balance technical excellence with product intuition and a deep focus on user experience

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements:

• 3 to 5 Years building production frontends with proven performance, security, and architectural ownership
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component-based architecture
• Deep knowledge of authentication, RBAC, session management, and frontend security best practices
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and integrating complex or real-time APIs
• Strong design intuition with exposure to design systems, responsive UX, and accessibility standards
• Experience building real-time UIs, data visualizations, or telemetry dashboards
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries like Recharts, D3, Chart.js, or similar open-source solutions
• A track record of clean, maintainable code and a proactive ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Competencies:

• 5-8 Years of relevant experience in front-end development.
• At least 5-4 years of working experience with the React ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, DOM, Browser API’s and ES6 Features.
• Strong Knowledge of State Management with React and relevant workflows.
• Good Understanding of Modern frontend workflows with NPM, Webpack, Babel etc.
• Knowledge of modern programming paradigms like functional and reactive programming.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks including Chai, Mocha and Sinon or equivalent.
• Experience with using browser-based dev tools for trouble shooting and enhancing the performance.

Good to have skills:

• Knowledge of cloud-based services like AWS and GCP.
• Working knowledge of Video streaming and playback
• Knowledge of modern programming paradigms like functional and reactive programming.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.

React Native / React JS Developer

We're looking for a React Native Developer to join our growing frontend team. As a React Developer, you will help develop the next generation of our apps using tools such as React.js, Redux, Enzyme, and Webpack. You should be familiar with React and its ecosystem. 

Responsibilities

- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design develop and deployment.,

- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,

- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle

Requirement

- 2+ years' experience working with a Javascript framework, React Native, ReactJS, Typescript, Node JS

- In-depth understanding of Javascript, the DOM, and relevant concepts

- Must have experience in Web services, Web API, REST services, HTML, CSS3

- Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.

- Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development, and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
