Responsibilities

• The ERP Implementation Professional will work closely with ERP team members as well as end

users to provide functional support and training of business processes enabled by Manufacturing ERP in the respective modules.

• ERP Implementation, for the modules like Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, Inventory Control.

• Provide ERP support by resolving customer queries via phone, email, remotely or at client-side

location.

• Responsible to communicate with Customer ERP core team, implementation team, Technical

consultant and his Manager.

• To Maintain Flowcharts, SOP's and prepare user manuals and provide end user training

• To configure, deploy and manage the ERP system and the backend database system

• Extensively travel to client end for software implementation and training purpose.

Job Description for Front Desk

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (calculator, pen, printer etc)

• Greet, communicate and welcome clients with a smile.

• Make client comfortable and can offer refreshment (like water, tea, & coffee etc)

• Answer questions and address grievances

• keep updated records and files of the clients

• Familiarity with EcoGreen & Zenoti

• Answering All incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.

• Direct clients to the appropriate doctors , therapists with whom appointment is fixed with assigned room.

• Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.

• Should be able to handle bookings and process billing part and follow up with clients for balance payment.

• Asking them to book the next appointment while they done with treatment

• Maintain a professional environment and brand decorum.

• Should have a client schedule ready before the client arrives.

• ensuring to inform the client about the waiting time and about the delays in their schedules.

• Responsible for sharing the incident sheet and reporting it to the clinic manager.

• Responsible for escalating client issues to concerned doctors .

• Ensuring timely redemption of packages and sessions

• Ensuring Timely to close bills and pre paid balance of clients

• Responsible for handing over hard copies of service product bills and customer copies if a card is being swiped.

THE ROLE 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Delivery Manager - Tech to join our Tech team at iamneo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing adoption, and retention. As a Customer Success Delivery Manager, you will work directly with customers to provide the necessary support to achieve their goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client portfolios, analyze customer data and improve customer experience. 
• Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for account growth, handholding clients from sales closure to onboarding, training, governance, reporting, and providing continued support. 
• Identify and develop up-sell opportunities. 
• Advocate for customer needs and issues discussion & cross-departmental resolutions. 
• Understand proposal objectives, determine the scope of work, source information, collate and analyze information logically, and produce high-quality outputs in a timely manner. 
• Maintain a detailed repository and tracker to ensure all recent documents are added regularly. 
• Proactively liaise with stakeholders to receive timely feedback to enhance proposal/presentation development processes.
• Manage a team of Customer Success Engineers/Technical Support Engineers.
• Handle client escalations as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU...

• 7+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing roles
• Strong project management abilities, and excellent technical writing, research, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of tech stacks - Java, Javascript, Fullstack, Testing (Automation & Manual), python, C, C++, Angular.js, React.js, DBMS, etc., required
• Successful track record of managing at least Rs.20 crore in ARR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven record of driving adoption and growth of the install base
• Executive-level experience in a B2B customer success role with a fast-paced SaaS organization. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
• Worked in the software industry as a developer/tester/support executive early in their career would be a plus..

1.  Responsible for creating technical documentation for a data migration plan and a data management plan Experience in handling client requirements, capturing and demonstrating solutions to customer and effectively suggest design/architecture changes.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree or equivalent HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) Cerner EHR or EHR platform equivalent work experience

2.     Must have experience in CCL (Cerner Command Language), Reporting, CCL Scripts, Discern Explorer, Discern Visual Developer, Extracts, Ops Job, Olympus.

3.     Programming experience in SQL

4.     Must understand Cerner Millennium Data Model.

5.     Must have experience in Cerner Implementation / Upgrade / Ongoing Support & Maintenance projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Discern Dev, DA2(Discern Analytics), custom components/Mpage custom components, Power Insight (PI)

2.     Experience in Data Engineering (Extract Transform Load)

3.     Client requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.

4.     Experience in data modeling, data governance, and or data architecture

5.     Basic knowledge of US Healthcare

6.     Experience with business analytics tools like Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI.

1. Previous experience as a WCM technical lead or as an AEM architect in delivering 2-3 complex Adobe Experience Management (AEM) projects Should have exposure to UI Development and familiar with the full stack development technologies (Java Script, Angular, Node JS)
