Minimum Requirements:

*1.High Schools degree or equivalent.*

• Oversee business operations across multiple territories (Western, Central & Harbour lines of Mumbai)
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Medical Representatives
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Strategically manage key accounts and expand the customer base within assigned regions
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and training sessions to monitor performance and coach team members
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to implement effective business strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product promotion, marketing initiatives, and brand visibility
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ethical practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in the Nephrology segment preferred; Cardio-Diabetic background may also be considered
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Designation: Magento Developer / Sr. Magento Developer

Experience: 3+yrs

Location: Anywhere in India ( WFH for now for next 8-10months)

Job Description:

Magento Developers with 3+ years of experience

1) Should have hands-on experience in Magento module/extension development

2) Should be able to quickly understand existing custom modules in Magento and customize and manage it further.

3) Hands-on experience in developing and consuming API/REST calls both inbound and outbound within Magento

4) Should know how to develop WebService/API/REST calls as per Magento architecture, coding standard

5) Troubleshooting integration issues from API/REST calls.

6) Excellent knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

7) Good working experience on MySQL, developing complex SQL queries, design tables/database for complex business models

8) Knowledge of MVC, OOPs, Design Patterns – especially the design patterns used in Magento

9) Knowledge of Magento theming / UI components is preferred.

10) Hands-on experience with Magento 2 Porto Theming

11) Knowledge of deployment process in Cloud, especially for Magento

12) Should be competent and confident to speak up in team meetings, discussions, war rooms

13) Good command of English language

14) Should be able to work under minimal supervision

15) Should be able to coordinate with other teams and collectively solve issues.

16) Should be able to work independently as well as team

17) Candidate should have prior work experience in Magento Enterprise.

• 2-3 years of experience in development using core Java, Spring Boot Framework

• The Architect/ Lead Backend Engineer will handle the digital experience from inception to go-live model.
• The role holder is expected to create a vision and roadmap for the digital experience to provide best in class customer experience for each of the product solutions handled.  The role holder will play a critical role in leading the innovation and growth of our front end web and mobile platforms.
• Must be from Good Companies and have been working on high Scale of Traffic
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in either one of Java or Groovy or Go.
• 3+ years of experience building microservices.
• Strong experience in architecting and building distributed systems, scalability, and availability
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
