Job Summary:

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all food and FMCG products meet established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production process.

• Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures and SOPs.

• Maintain proper documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
• Coordinate with external agencies for certifications, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices within production areas.
• Train and guide staff on quality awareness, food safety, and compliance practices.

About the Role:
