Instructional Designer

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just collect leads, but actually understands how to find the right ones. You’ll research high-intent prospects, qualify them with a clear logic, and build targeted lists that make outreach easier and more predictable. You’ll run structured campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and other channels, while keeping the CRM clean, updated, and usable for the sales team.

What you’ll handle

• Deep research on companies, industries, and decision-makers

• Build segmented, high-accuracy lead lists

• Qualify leads based on relevance, authority, timelines, and potential

• Plan and execute multi-channel outreach sequences

• Refine messaging, subject lines, and connection strategies

• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure every conversation has a next step

• Track performance data and share insights with the sales team

• Identify new markets, ICP variations, and emerging opportunities

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to improve conversions

• Strong experience in B2B lead generation, especially for tech, design, or service businesses

• Comfort with LinkedIn search, automation tools, prospecting databases, and email outreach platforms

• Ability to evaluate prospects quickly and filter out poor-fit leads

• Clear writing skills and a good understanding of how to spark interest

• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to maintain clean data

• Someone who can plan, prioritise, and work independently

Five-day workweek

Our office operates from 9 am to 2 am across three shifts, so you should be comfortable working within these hours.

Salary

Up to 6 LPA for each role, negotiable based on experience, plus additional incentives for hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressive Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities within various sectors, primarily through cold-calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all activities and sales stages from initial contact to final closure.
• Strategic Engagement: Initiate and conduct high-level strategic meetings, articulating the value proposition of VJ Tech Consultancy's products and solutions, backed by the credibility of our ex-CIO/CISO leadership.
• Solution Selling: Understand client needs deeply to effectively map them to our IT and security offerings, developing and presenting tailored proposals that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Sales Execution: Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Market Feedback: Serve as a critical link between the market and our leadership team, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help shape our offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering projects on time based on roadmap requirements
• Overriding technical architecture of the product
• Managing the Development Team including workloads, setting and managing targets, mentoring and training members of the team
• Writing technical specifications and managing projects through to completion
• Implementing and reviewing all development processes (coding standards, code review, code complexity)
• Identifying and resolving issues within the product
• Implementing and managing suitable monitoring systems for production platforms
• Monitoring costs across the AWS platform

Requirements:

• Be highly experienced in the following technologies: Java, Node Js, Typescript, React, SQL
• Show preferable experience in Android development, Kotlin, Mongo DB, MQTT
• Demonstrate fluent English speaking, reading, writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Have previous AWS Cloud experience
• Have experience in leading a Development Team, mentoring and training colleagues
• Demonstrate experience in managing projects through an agile environment, ideally Jira or Azure Devops

Responsibilities of candidate include:

• Calling and visiting customers 

• Collect payment

➢ Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating 

when necessary.

➢ Call customers with overdue accounts. 

➢ understand and explain benefits of repayment and credit history of 

customer. 

➢ Correct customer misunderstanding on product policy and terms.

 ➢ Set up payment plan and follow-up schedule. 

➢ Educate customer on consequences for late payment.

 ➢ Escalate difficult or unusable case to team leaders. 

➢ Provide feedback on reason for default to team Leader.

Requires candidates who is fluent in English and Hindi or English and 2 South Indian Languages

Age criteria 20 to 29 Years

• 10 years of experience in preparing, reviewing, revising, ​and maintaining technical documents.
• Must have 10 years of experience in software documentation.
• Excellent in written and communication skills in English.
• Experience in reviewing the user interface (UI), partner with UX designers to suggest ways to make the UI intuitive, and provide content that can be embedded in the UI.
• Experience in performing independent research to understand a product and the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in using tools like Microsoft Office.
• Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural, and reference information.
• Understands software terminology and has basic knowledge of working with software development teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have the following experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
2. You have experience with developing, maintaining and supporting production applications which have live users using Angular.
3. You have experience with State managment and NgRx (ideally) or any other framework
4. You are NOT a fresh graduate with no production experience
5. You have excellent English speaking skills
6. Strong understanding of the DOM, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
7. 3+ years of in-depth experience with Angular (2/4/8/x)
8. 1+ years of experience with additional web libraries and frameworks. Preferred: NgRx, Rx.js.

Additional Skills Desired

1. Ability to be empathetic and form strong working relations with your team members.
2. Strong understanding of debugging and ability to quickly debug code, find problems and produce fixes.
3. Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns
4. Experience with unidirectional data flow patterns (Redux, etc.)
5. Experience with RxJS or other Reactive programming techniques/libraries
6. Experience using ES2015 (ES6) and TypeScript 2.x
7. Indepth experience in using GIT and understanding of GIT workflows Experience in building and maintaining a reusable components library in angular
8. An excellent eye for detail to bring our products designs to life using pixel perfect styling, interactions and animation.
9. Familiarity with agile development practices (a/b testing,unit testing,continuous deployment,continuous integration,scrums) and worked in a product driven environment.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of audience.
11. Proven ability to work with designers and other non-technical and technical team members (wireframes, rapid prototypes, PoC’s, white boarding)

1. Someone who is well-versed with the CLO3D software and garment construction.
   Should have a sound knowledge of some add on softwares like Blender, Meshmixer,etc.

2. Knowledge of Modelling, Rendering, lighting, materials, textures, and resource optimization.

3. Who has already worked on designing menswear.

4. Advanced knowledge on draping, pattern-making, cutting & stitching of menswear.

5. Should be creative with good design ideas & be capable of executing the garment design as per the given brief/deadline.

6. Highly innovative and creative.

7. Good grasping power.

8. Self-motivated & has work ethics.

1. Execute and launch designs every week. Take initiative and work independently to execute the entire collection end-to-end. Right from sketching to 3D pattern making and rendering.

2. Manage & execute Adhoc tasks in 3D pattern making and rendering.

3. Create and analyze design reports.

4. Research, ideate, implement and execute improved strategies for increasing design efficiency.
   
   Note: High configuration system is a must for working remotely.
