Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.

2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Key Factors:

1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.
2. Strong understanding of the admission processes and challenges faced by educational institutions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with school stakeholders at all levels.
4. The proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Senior Software Engineer Full stack/ Java track/ UI/ Android

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Candidate will be responsible for test execution of LTE protocol and performance, analyze and report software defects, interwork with development teams in identifying a potential fix and retest fixes. 
• Should be having good analysis skills with a sound understanding of LTE Concepts. 
• Responsibilities include test execution- with failure root cause analysis System acquisition, LTE Protocol testing. 
• The candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging. 
• Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE capable phones.

About the role:

The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our ecommerce business. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development across web, mobile and in-store devices. You will be responsible to work closely with business leaders to understand the developer needs and device solutions through developer tools and services. The role incumbent will be managing a team of in-house & outsourced developers and will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, project delivery and maintenance of systems developed in-house. The incumbent will also be driving technology innovation with integrations and external partners to fully leverage the latest solutions and technologies for servicing the organization needs. • Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
• Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and debugging

• Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes

• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
