Role Objective

To generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calling, supporting the

sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases

● Handle inbound inquiries and explain company services clearly

● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (requirement, budget, timeline)

● Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team

● Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

● Maintain accurate lead data and call logs in CRM or tracking sheets

● Meet daily/weekly calling and lead qualification targets

● Handle basic objections and provide standard information

● Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover

● Share feedback and market insights gathered from calls

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. We are actively seeking 20 dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives, focusing on lead generation and cold calling.

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and daily outreach via activities like LinkedIn farming among others, aiming for 30-40 calls per day.

3. Set up meetings with potential clients to discuss our products and services.

4. Manage the lead pipeline efficiently using CRM tools.

5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective cold calling strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fresher or a maximum of 1-4 years of experience in lead generation and sales.

2. Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a definite plus. SaaS Sales an even bigger advantage. Sold in cyber? That will be even more awesome!

3. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

5. Graduated from a reputable college or university. Engineers with an MBA degree will be preferred.

6. Immediate joining is preferred.

• Hands on experience to Create XFA and XDP based forms

• Experience in usage of AEM Forms Document Services API – AssemblerService – hands on with DDX rule and its implementation with Styling and Custom Fonts

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas

  Qualifications / Skills :
  
  5+ years of experience in a creative agency, production company, or in-house at a brand pitching and editing video content for social and digital channels.
  
  Should have a proven track record of creating content for a company/ Individual.
  
  Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to manage your own time.
