Mandatory Candidate Profile:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD software is essential, coupled with a strong knowledge of various façade materials and systems. & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile :

Good Knowledge in AutoCAD / Solidworks / Revit

• Drive development and delivery of top notch technology solutions to clients efficiently.
• Lead development of implementation plan, logic and modules to embed in client solutions and client discussion ready documents /presentations.
• Lead in designing, implementing, maintaining and updating applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission critical systems.
• Lead in refining and improving system stability by continuously refactoring and measuring performance.
• Drive development of actionable, clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, extensible codes, including standardization and automation of processes.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to team members through expert knowledge and hands-on support.
• Manage projects, resource utilization, time schedules and deliveries to clients.
• Proactively drive discussions with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, business context and guide team to provide robust actional solutions.
• Effectively engage with stakeholders – create and nurture and deepen relationships.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

This position is responsible for growing business in the assigned region through self and team by sourcing, qualifying and developing enterprise accounts in the assigned geography for data centre, servers and storage, audio-visual unified communication, cloud services, etc. We also expect the position holder to expand and lead a team of vibrant Enterprise Sales Managers. We are looking for someone who could be proficient in one or two of our solution lines and would be keen to learn the others. Account Development and Management, Team Leadership and Customer Centricity are the cornerstones of this job. Experience or current job in the same location would be preferred. 

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be overall responsible for the regional sales, margins, profitability, headcount and growth goals through self and team. 
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques for end users and manage accounts in India and globally to increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed accepted goals, objectives and targets 
• Develop and maintain relations with OEMs and Manufacturers.

• Develop specific plans to ensure long term-term growth and short-term targets.
• Review regional expenses and recommend cost optimization improvements.
• Anticipate potential and address current problems with prompt and effective solutions
• Identify hiring needs, and collaborate with HR to select and train new salespeople.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Operate as ‘farmer’ for large enterprise accounts while hunting for new accounts.

As a Senior Software Engineer for PreludeSys, you will:

·       Develop and manage, with 5+ years of experience in software development, planning development, guiding junior team members and over see delivery.

·       Should be adaptive to work in a constantly evolving environment. Analyze user requirements and write & test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with leads involved in the project.

·       Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes. Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs. Create technical specification document.

Must Have:

Primary Skills Required: Boomi/Mulesoft/Jitterbit/Azure LogicApp/Data Factory

Hands-on experience in any of the middleware technologies such as Dell boomi, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Azure Logicapp/Data factory or IBM middleware technologies.

Any programming languages like Java, C#, Java Script, Python etc.

Secondary Skills: Required IBM suite of middleware tools.
