THE ROLE

We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video and live audio. You'll be the voice and face that introduces Tamasha to new audiences — crafting reels, hosting live rooms, and sparking conversations that make people stop scrolling and start connecting.

⚡ Non-Negotiable: You must have at least ONE viral reel in your portfolio. Show us you know what makes the internet stop and watch.

🗣️ Language Requirement: Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages — Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam — is mandatory. Comfort creating content in these languages is a big plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form reels and video content for Tamasha's social media channels
• Host live audio rooms and shows on the Tamasha platform, engaging audiences in real time
• Localise & lead — Create South Indian language content
• Collaborate with the product and growth teams to create content tied to new feature launches and campaigns
• Track performance metrics (views, reach, shares, follower growth) and iterate based on data
• Scout trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms and adapt them for Tamasha's voice
• Engage with the Tamasha creator community and nurture early adopters

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 proven viral reel (mandatory — include the link in your application)
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam — spoken and written (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of content creation experience, either independently or with a brand/agency
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence hosting live sessions
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Reels editor, or similar)
• A genuine understanding of what drives engagement on short-form platforms
• Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what's trending

BONUS POINTS

• Existing audience or following on Instagram, YouTube, or any social platform
• Experience with live audio formats — podcasts, Clubhouse-style rooms, etc.
• Knowledge of gaming, social apps, or real-money gaming content

Job Description:

The Back Office Associate is responsible for performing administrative, clerical, and support tasks that ensure the efficient operation of the business. The role typically involves managing data, maintaining records, and assisting front office teams with processing transactions, and orders, or handling customer-related tasks indirectly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:

• Accurately input and update data into databases or systems.
• Ensure data integrity and address any discrepancies or errors in records.
• Maintain and update records, files, and documents as required.

We are looking for a Backend Developer who has hands-on experience in coding, building technology blocks, help answer choice of certain platform/tech over others, help the team visualise the product with the available resources and assets. 

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and test functionality for the latest app design.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Take requirements and specs from design to development and be the first line of quality assurance.
• Understand user requirements—these apps have to meet real-world scenarios.
• Support the Supersub Mobile application in its entirety, including working on bug fixes and improving application performance, reliability and stability.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in building Java, Node JS applications. 
• Experience in Building Robust REST APIs Using MEAN or MERN Stack. 
• Good programming skills, with the ability to Perform UI testing, Debugging Taking the ownership of the complete lifecycle of a product. 
• Solid experience with Unit Testing. 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) 
• Experience with deploying the code in AWS or AZURE is a plus. 
• Ability to write clean code and document the same to develop functional APIs and Admin Panel. 

Proven work experience in building a product is a plus. And the candidate must have an Engineering CS background.
