Hiring: Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementation(s).

• Contribute to requirements gathering, technical design & test case preparation activities.

• Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for client-specific

use cases.

• Perform integration testing, debugging and troubleshooting issues, including interactions with the

technology vendor when needed.

• Assist client(s) with execution of user acceptance testing.

• Support client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by hypercare

post-production.

• Enable knowledge transfer and handover to the client.

• Adhere to and implement security best practices throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field (CS/IT) or equivalent work experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions

using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is a must.

• IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityIQ Architect, or IdentityNow Engineer certification(s) are good to

have.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

• Implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2 and above versions or IdentityNow on features:

- On-boarding of new applications using native connectors and custom API

- Rules - Connector, Aggregation & Provisioning Rules

- User Lifecycle requests and Lifecycle events

- Custom Tasks and Reports

- Roles, SoD Policies & Certifications

• Good Java programming skills; Java certification is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology

2. Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent

3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum

4. Ensure timely feedback to the child

5. Adhere to the schedule for the demo as well as regular classes

Microsoft Dynamics Engineer

This individual will work closely with members Dynamics team to enhance and enrich our customer support platforms and service oriented initiatives.  A technical understanding of how Dynamics CRM technology facilitates overall customer experience is essential.  The role requires an ability to create and implement new and existing platform capabilities, leverage native CRM functionality and extend the platform via custom development, administer all levels of customized environments, and implement ongoing performance-tuning strategies.  The ideal candidate has several years of Dynamics CRM experience, learns continuously, and possesses a desire to immerse themselves in a fast paced and rapidly growing organization.

How you will make an impact:

• Translate business requirements into innovative solutions that leverage the Dynamics CRM platform
• Design, develop, test and document project solutions, customizations, and upgrades of a Dynamics CRM environment
• Respond to user application issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects with other team members on a regular basis

What you need to be ready:

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Dynamics CRM experience with an emphasis on customization and/or performance tuning
• Thorough understanding of the Plugin events and Workflow activities
• Experience with .NET CRM SDK including use of ODATA and Web API REST endpoints
• Understanding of general Web Development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), including how the web works
• Working knowledge of most of the following:
  • .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET Standard)
  • JavaScript frameworks (Nodejs, TypeScript, Angular, Vue)
  • CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, LESS, Sass)
  • Data Management (SQL/ORM, JSON, XML, MQ, OData)
  • Agile Development Methodologies
• Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-starter who can work independently and be a strong team player

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of third-party integration tools (e.g., Scribe) and Dynamics CRM preferred
• Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: Azure, Python/R, Angular, PowerShell, Serverless, Webhooks, OAuth/OIDC, Containers, Machine Learning, Big Data preferred

Technical Proficiency:
Experience in leading self-service offering to business users. Tableau experience in Architecture, Administration and development is must.

• Experience in supporting and administration of middleware software systems in an enterprise setting. Excellent troubleshooting skills in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hadoop / Big Data domain experience is required, as is exposure to ecosystem technologies such as Hive, Impala and Spark.
  Data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience required
• Scripting experience in Linux shell scripting and Python.
• Good SQL skills.
• Integrate/roll-out/administer/sustain/upgradeour installations of vendor BI products on Linux.
• Ensure products are configured properly to meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements.
  Experience with developing frameworks and utility services including logging/monitoring
