ROLES

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm

Mandatory language: English

While the role will vary depending on the company and the industry, you might expect your tasks to include:

. Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization’s products and services

· Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows.

· Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts.

· Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.

·  Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs.

· Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.

· Preparing status reports on goals.

· Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.

As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segments, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities.

·     Approaching potential leads and closing them within a stipulated time frame.

·       Create exclusive distributors and businesses associated with the company towards business growth.

·     Look after the entire business   growth of the exclusive distributor and business associated

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.

·      Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

·      Strong communication skills and IT  fluency.

Job Description:

1. Achieving enrolment targets (End to End sales)

2. Lead generation through cold calling.

3. Identifying suspects and prospects.

4. Meeting & Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries).

Location: Mumbai (Chembur, Goregaon)

Experience: 0-3 Years Inside Sales (Ed Tech is a plus)

One who have sold technical cources would be preferred

CS/IT Freshers with Excellent communication skills would be considered

Salary Range: 40-50k per month + Monthly Incentives

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment must perform the following responsibilities

. Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company and guide, and coordinate them to achieve the target towards the entire business growth.

. Observe all the stock reports, product orders, re-order etc.

.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree and experience in business, marketing or related field.

.Strong communication skills.

. Basic knowledge of Word, excel, and PowerPoint.

.Minimum age should be 27.

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.

Excellent communication skills, and able to communicate with clients across the world.
-Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Upwork / GURU / PPH) and from other websites.
-Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
-Should be flexible with working hours when required.
-Achieving business targets.
-To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow-ups, Competition Analysis.
-Propose project budgeting to the client.
-Creating and follow-ups on leads and inquiries.
