Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Software Developer with 5-10 year’s experience with strong foundations in Python, databases, and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will support the development of AI-powered solutions, focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and database-driven workflows.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow into advanced AI engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.

• Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and performance.

• Work with JSON-based data structures for request/response handling.

• Integrate and manage PostgreSQL (pgSQL) databases, including writing queries and handling data pipelines.

● Strong track record of new business acquisition (not just account management)

● Ability to pitch, close, and grow media campaigns, IP sponsorships, or marketing retainers. ( Need someone who can actively engage with and secure brands, either for collaborations with company's marketing team or for sponsorship of the events company organize. )

● Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company is required

Key Responsibilities

● Edit and produce short-form videos (reels, explainers, teasers, promos) for social media.

● Design eye-catching creatives, infographics, and campaign visuals using Adobe tools (Photoshop,

Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).

● Work on multi-format content - static, video, GIFs, motion graphics.

● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals, event promos, and brand storytelling.

Skills expected
