HR Manager

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation and support of our software solutions for clients. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, and improving business processes through technology.

This role requires strong willingness to learn and understand our product in depth, as well as a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to understand business requirements.
• Configure and deploy the software platform based on client needs.
• Learn the product thoroughly to provide effective client onboarding, training, and support.
• Conduct virtual client training and user onboarding sessions.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and training resources.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Support data migration and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Engineering, IT, Business, Food Technology).
• 0–2 years of experience in a functional, consulting, or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and product functionalities.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

o  Expert in Python, Pandas and Numpy with knowledge of Python web Framework such as Django and Flask.

o  Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.

o  Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

o  Able to build data pipelines.

o  Strong unit test and debugging skills.

o  Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

o  Good understanding of RDBMS databases among Mysql or Postgresql.

1. Connecting with minimum 80 to 100 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM
2. Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
3. Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline

Title: Managing Consultant

Objective

• Lead the OFSAA ERM and EPM team
• Experience of leading large projects with multiple teams, applications and stakeholders
• Expected to lead work-steams and also lead the Client OFSAA CoE
• Should have the pre-sales expertise to handle large and complicated RFPs

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue target for the OFSAA CoE
• Own all the OFSAA related deliveries across different region
• Be responsible for responding to the RFPs and growth of the Client’s OFSAA footprint across different regions
• Work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them
• Work with other business analysts (e.g., Operations, change management team) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing
• Ensure a continuous learning and growth curve for the team members on various domain / technology related subjects
• Grow the team by following a continuous training cycle. Upgrade the training agenda and curriculum to reflect the latest OFSAA versions

Essential competencies

• Prior experience of working with global financial institution in Regulatory/ Risk functions
• Basic understanding of Basel regulations, Finance and Accounting, Investment banking, Retail Banking
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL
• SDLC and IT BA experience is mandatory

Qualifications and relevant experience

• Relevant experience of 12-18 Years
• Preferred Educational Qualification –MBA
• Preferred professional certification like FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), CFA etc.
