Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth plant operations. The role requires hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance

Attend machine and equipment breakdowns promptly.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.

Minimize downtime by carrying out effective repairs and corrective actions.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per maintenance schedules.

Equipment Maintenance

Carry out lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machines and equipment.

Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.

Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and control systems.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Update maintenance logbooks and equipment history sheets.

Report recurring issues and suggest improvement measures.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance equipment.

Support workplace housekeeping and 5S initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter/Electrician) or equivalent technical qualification.

2–3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Must Have
- Stack: Wordpress, Javascript

Nice to have
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing and Lead Generation
- Some experience/knowledge in python is preferred.
- Building wireframes

You will be managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

You are required to:

Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Write well designed, testable & efficient code.

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

Prepare and produce releases of software components.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• B.Tech/ M.Tech or corresponding degree
• Experience in the same role of almost 1-6 years
• Experience with connecting backend and frontend services.
• Exposure to consuming data through different interfaces (Web API's/Socket/ REST/ RESTFUL/ JSON/ XML).
• Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Understanding of web markup, including HTML 5, CSS.
• Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, reusable and well documented code.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Knowledge of API authentication techniques (Token, JWT, OAuth2) - desirable but not mandatory. (Experience with API Design will be a plus) Fair spoken and written English

What you need to have

• Web :  Angular2+ (min 3 years), HTML5, NodeJS, Yarn

• Source Control – Good knowledge on SVN/Git
• Good to have: Java8, SpringBoot, JPA, Oracle PL SQL, SOAP, Restful, WSDL, ETL tools like Talend
