Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and meet targets by engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

In this employment, you are required to do at least 3 client meeting in a week and ensure effective communication and relationship management

Preferred candidate profile

Consult with Product expert Team if any Query arises from Client.

To Convert Prospect into Customers and generate revenue and achieve the assigned Revenue Goal.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.

● Handle calls on leads generated for skin related services on our digital platforms. ● The initial call will be primarily a sales pitch followed by issue resolutions and query handling. ● Describe the services and USPs of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. Continuous follow ups with Potential clients ● Handle skin specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required. ● Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. Generate relevant reports from the same. ● Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with the required therapist who shall visit the client ● Analyze quality of calls and strive for improvement.

2. Entire recruitment process - end to end. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
1. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques and processes.
3. Develop and Support the entire employee lifecycle right from onboarding to exit.
4. Sourcing and screening potential applicants from the job portals to fill the company job vacancies
5. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
7. Assisting in planning recruitment and HR activities
8. Assisting and actively involving in the planning of company events

Requirements:

• Engineers with 1-6 years of experience in shipping consumer-facing Android apps with the large user base, ideally currently available on the Google Play Store

• Top-notch programming skills in Java, Kotlin and Android along with MVVM, Dagger2, Room, LiveData, Coroutine & JetPack-Components

• Command of memory management, view hierarchy, battery optimisation and in-depth experience with multi threaded and networked applications

• Worked with Restful APIs, third-party SDK Integrations and common technologies like HTTPS, JSON, OAuth, and SQL

• Thorough working knowledge of Android Studio with the Gradle build system
• Understanding the quirks of the fragmented ecosystem of Android OS versions and devices
• Focus on Material Design principles and pixel-perfect implementation of the design into code
• Solid experience with Git Care for quality with an obsession for performance and willingness to spend time testing the team's work as well as yours
