Strong Sales / BD Leader, with strong exposure to Staffing and Recruitment industry Profile

Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 6+ YOE in B2B Sales, with recent 3+ years in Sales for IT Staffing / Recruitment services

Mandatory (Sales Skills) : Must have proven experience acquiring and closing large enterprise clients (eg: morgan stanley , uber , nutanix walmart..etc)

Mandatory (Ownership) : Must have experience of handling end-to-end sales (prospecting → pitching → commercials → closure)

Mandatory (Strategy) : Must have experience in pricing, competitor analysis, driving innovative sales strategies and differentiating between niche and non-niche hiring

Mandatory (Network) : Must have existing relationships with decision-makers in Tech / Product companies (HR, TA Heads, Business Heads, etc.)

Mandatory (Company) : Staffing firms, Recruitment firms, Talent solutions companies

Mandatory (Note 1) :This is currently an IC role but open to both individual contributors and leadership profiles (team building expected over time)

Mandatory (Note 2) : Ensure that the resume shows proper metrics as a proof of impact (e.g. revenue generated, number of engineers placed per account, size of deal, number of clients)

Requirements:

• Hands on Experience on OneStream or Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Must have Vb.net scripting experience or Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory
• Hyperion Planning & Essbase is plus
• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)
• Hands on Experience with SQL Server and RDBMS systems
• Understanding of Finance Business Functions (Budgeting, Forecasting), Financial Reporting

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensures correct adaptation of Agile practices at the team level.
2. Coaches the Product Manager on Product Backlog management.
3. Leads the team to remove impediments to reach the sprint goal.
4. Organizes the agile rituals and ceremonies, and makes sure that it is applied correctly within the team. If necessary, facilitates these rituals.
5. Guides the team in organizing motivational and inclusive events.
6. Supports onboarding of the new people who joined the team.
7. Guides the team for continuous improvement (Kaizen).
8. Responsible for the correct flow of the team’s processes and workflow.
9. Helps the team visualize its performance, impediments, and processes.
   
   Requirements

1. BTech or MTech degree in engineering or relevant fields
2. Having deep knowledge in the Agile mindset.
3. Experience in working and applying Agile for a minimum of 2 years in a software development team is required (Scrum Master role is preferred).
4. Confidence in working with multiple Agile teams.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
6. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
7. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
8. Certification of the following is a plus: PSM, PSPO, PSK, PAL, PMI-ACP, etc.

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database administration, migrations /up-gradation, patching, cloning, capacity planning, designing, and automation of database tasks.
• Good experience with the latest versions of the database
• In-depth experience configuring database replication on multiple versions

Technical/Functional Skills:

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience working as an Angular Developer
• Experience in Angular 7,8,9 versions are mandated.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, javascript
• Experience on Multi-Language is preferable
• Knowledge on Arabic design is a plus
• Experience on Components based Architecture
• Experience on CSS Grids and Flex Layout mandatory
• Well versed with coding standards
• Be able to provide effort estimations based on the customer requirements
• Experience of implementing enterprise level Angular applications and the related Architecture
• Implementation knowledge on Agile, working experience on Continuous Integration (CI) process is required
• Experience of integration with SAP is highly desirable
• Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL
• Be hands-on technical and should work as either individual contributor or team member
• Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like TeamCity, GitHub
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Optimizing performance of code and reviewing code of junior developers
• Work closely with the architecture team and provide architecture inputs
• Experience with understanding of mobile related frameworks like Cordova is a plus
