Graphics Developer in Advanced Technology

Responsibilities:

● As a Flutter Developer, you will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android

using Google’s Flutter development framework.

● The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining the

acclaimed app.

● Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile

apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development.

Requirements:

● 4-5 years working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile) and 2 Years in

flutter(Must).

● Experience building a moderately complex Android app with knowledge of dart.

● Bonus if it’s on the Play Store or we can view the project

● Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks.

● Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when

needed.

● Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter/ Native

(Java/Kotlin/Swift/Object c).

● Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.

● Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs and mobile backend integration.

● Nice to have: Experience on Native side for android and ios

Hands-on approach and the following activities will be a reality of the role:

• Research and audit existing client digital platforms/ecosystems in terms of UX/UI, and compare to competitors/peers

• Collect and interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media listening tools (e.g. Meltwater) to inform strategic decision-making

• Stakeholder engagement: interviews and discovery workshops with diverse teams of client stakeholders (including C-suite)

• Content analysis and content strategy/recommendations

• Presentation of insights, opportunities and recommendations, translating sometimes complex data into actionable insights that can guide clients on how to optimize their digital presence and marketing efforts

• Development of digital strategy including information architecture, user journey mapping and content strategy

• Development of digital experience and communication strategies that may include messaging, content, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media

• Research into emerging trends in data science and analytics, remaining up-to-speed with the latest tools and methodologies

• Collaboration with our design team to ensure digital brand strategies are delivered to a high quality across all channels and platforms

• Creation of measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital brand / website strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

• Experimentation into emerging technologies to take the lead on developing new products around these to solve client challenges or improve existing services/products

What we are scouting for

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience in IT
• 2+ years’ experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• A strong hands-on programming knowledge in Core Java including Java 8. To solve the problem given in optimized way.
• Strong knowledge on the Data structure and algorithm.
• Experience developing and designing API integrations using SOAP/RESTful
• Should be able to understand the time complexity of the existing algorithm. Able to compare different algorithms available.
• Expert understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts
• Know the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming using Java;
• Used SQL & NoSQL solutions
• Experience in GIT/SVN, build tools such as Ant/Maven/Gradle
• Experience in JUnit, Sonarqube, Mockito, Jacoco, Maven & Jenkins

Technical Competency – Nice to have

• Experience in Dependency Injection, Annotation, Validations, Auto Wiring
• Good knowledge in internal working on Memory Management, Transaction management
• Knowledge on DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins, tools for Code quality scan, tools for security scan
