Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
• Maintain and manage an active candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate timely feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technology-related roles.

About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced software engineer to join our team at Mumbai. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to take ownership of developing user facing applications and features in an agile manner.
