Role: Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

 Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios

 Executing tests on software usability

 Conduct unit testing and integration testing and troubleshooting & bug management related to the modules

 Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out on a module and reporting to the technical team

Minimum Qualification:

 4-year (Full-time) Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication / Computer Applications or equivalent OR MCA from any university/ Professional Institution recognized by Government

 6+ years of relevant experience including experience in manual or automation testing

 Ability to multi-task and display strong result-oriented approach

We are looking for a Stay Acquisition Executive to expand our listings by identifying and onboarding unique stays onto the Homly platform. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners, explain the benefits of listing on Homly, and ensure high-quality accommodations are added to our platform.

Skills & Responsibilities

-          Remotely manage host of daily order pick-up schedules, ensuring 100% on-time delivery

-          Own a robust real-time connect over information and documents with our service partner for smooth flow of daily collections and process adherence

-          Ensure top customer experience; attend to and manage escalations, ensure proper RCA and corrective action in place

-          Own and drive key metrics of product rating, on-time delivery and customer contact ratio; analyse and present weekly and monthly trends in operation forum

-          Oversee monthly reconciliation of service data with vendor, and ensure internal & external reporting are finished on time

-          Present insights and propose new ideas on business progress based on ops metrics, and industry trends

• Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

This position is for a tester with strong coding skills who likes challenges - someone who is constantly striving for excellence in software test automation.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop automated test cases on a day-to-day basis
• Gather and prioritize user requirements, feed these requirements into overall Automation Framework requirements and test plans
• Train team members on tool use and test automation tools, practices, techniques and best practices
• Communicate cross-functionally throughout the engineering organization
• Continuously monitor and boost test coverage across the product

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or better in CS or related field, with 5+ years experience in software test.
• Exposure to best practices in SQA  including code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting and CI processes
• Experience in front-end (UI/Web) automation using Java ,Appium or any other app automation testing tool  or Experience in backend Testing using Java, API-Testing,Rest assured ,and Performance testing using Jmeter
• Excellent communications and technical presentation skills
• Initiative to research and build solutions to tough problems in domains like Flash, OpenGL, WebGL where off-the-shelf automation tools might not be available
• Some experience/comfort with working in a Linux/Unix environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current build and test automation tools and processes, such as JUnit/TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Mockito, JBehave, Git, etc
• Experience with whitebox testing, code reviews, SDK testing
• Experience with performance testing, stress testing, and advanced aspects of system testing automation.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Ruby or comparable).
