We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in backend development, API design, and data processing, while also contributing to frontend tasks when needed. You’ll research high-intent prospects, qualify them with a clear logic, and build targeted lists that make outreach easier and more predictable. You’ll run structured campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and other channels, while keeping the CRM clean, updated, and usable for the sales team.

Five-day workweek

Our office operates from 9 am to 2 am across three shifts, so you should be comfortable working within these hours.

Salary

Up to 6 LPA for each role, negotiable based on experience, plus additional incentives for hitting targets.

About the job

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable systems using .Net Core/ASP.Net MVC and SQL.
• Writing T-SQL scripts, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Migrating applications to newer technologies
• Understanding requirements and convert into technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

We are looking for a programmer with a keen eye for design for the position of a front-end developer. Front-end developers are for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimize web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages among other duties. 

Front-end developers are required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphics designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
