Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React and Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience building scalable applications, working with production systems, and collaborating in high-performance tech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP/FP and SOLID principles.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (preferably GCP or AWS).
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability in production systems.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker for efficient development and deployment workflows.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs, including AI APIs and tools.
• Contribute to improving development processes, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js (frontend).
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js (backend).
• Good understanding of relational databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Experience working in production environments and debugging live systems.
• Strong understanding of OOP or Functional Programming, and clean coding standards.
• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Golang or Elixir.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Previous experience working with AI APIs or machine learning tools.

• Experience in building reusable, and modular UI components and ensure cross browser compatibility.
• 3+ years developing, deploying, and supporting web applications built on framework. like Django/ NodeJS/ ReactJS.
• Must have 3+ years of current experience in Python or Go
• Knowledge in writing automated tests
• Proficient in High Level Systems Integration Design
• Understanding of Accessibility and internationalization
• Proficient in source control using GitHub
• Experience with building and maintaining a SaaS product at scale

• Work in a hybrid cloud infrastructure, considering the implementation of functionality through several distributed components and services.

The Full-Stack Engineer role involves working across prosuct development stack, including various backend systems, frontend systems as well as quick prototyping of proof-of-concept features and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting Figuring out all levels of designing and structuring systems, deciding on optimal levels of abstraction and future-proofing, patterns of orchestration of components and finally planning its execution.
• Implementation Should be able to structure and write code like prose for others to read, design and adhere to common principles and patterns that make everyone better at their jobs. Should have the ability to contribute according to timelines and type of projects - from working POCs to stable production code and the ability to work with a large breadth of knowledge.
• Orchestration and integration Interact with the larger engineering team for integrating your work into the ecosystem, help others in building over the base that you provide, help in orchestrating your work into CI/CD, testing, QA and automation pipelines.

You will be responsible for architecting and developing features on the application end to end. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the Technical architect to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.‍

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on the core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• Work on the front end with ReactJS.
• Design and develop APIs for the frontend to consume.
• Constantly improve the application architecture by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meet both technical and consumer needs.
• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Education - BE/MCA or equivalent.

• Good experience with Front-end technologies like JavaScript frameworks, ReactJS, AngularJS.
• Backend exposure – good knowledge of building API.

• Efficient in building microservices to combine server and frontend.

• Should have working experience with relational and columnar DB.

• Were responsible for the functional/technical track of a project.

Requirements:

• A highly talented developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in building secure and scalable web-based applications using Java in backend and JS-based frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, databases (SQL and NoSQL), MySql, Mongo
• Experience working with Cassandra, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of any one or more of AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS and CSS3, HTML5
• Strong experience in data modeling for data storage tools in SQL; experience with noSQL is highly desirable.
• Experience building scalable solutions for 2x, 5x and 10x growth with high quality and flexibility.
• Practitioner of test-driven development practices.
• Experience in creating and adhering to best practices for development
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment.
• Basic knowledge of AWS preferred
