Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Optimize and troubleshoot applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Write well-documented, testable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on development experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its ecosystem

Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js

Solid understanding of asynchronous or object oriented or scripting programming language and event-driven architecture

Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Experience with version control systems (e. g., Git)

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e. g., HTML5 CSS3 React) is a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Location: Hyderabad (Remote after 3 months WFO)

• 6 plus years of experience as a Python developer.
• Experience in web development using Python and Django Framework.
• Experience in Data Analysis and Data Science using Pandas, Numpy and Scifi-Kit - (GTH)
• Experience in developing User Interface using HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience in server-side templating languages including Jinja 2 and Mako
• Knowledge into Kafka and RabitMQ (GTH)
• Experience into Docker, Git and AWS
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.

You should have:

• Familiarity with any of the following – Java, C++, Scala, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring, Play, Hibernate, Django, etc.
• Good understanding of Algorithms, Data Structure, OOP, Design patterns, Parallel programming, Multithreading concepts & Event-Driven Systems.
• Understanding of micro-services architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or any NoSQL database.

It is a plus if you have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure or Google Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable and optimized backend APIs / RPCs using Go.
• Experience in developing and maintaining live services (troubleshooting, monitoring).
• Work with designers and developers to structure the APIs and database.
• Implement Admin tools for live ops, events, and economy tweaking.
• Ensure that the backend is secure against hacks like tampering with API calls/data.
• Help evaluate and improve backend architecture for the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with relational databases. PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience Window: 5 to 10 years on Go (Good to have).
• Solid understanding of any of the existing cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with docker and containerization.
• Expert knowledge in any backend tech like Go, Kotlin, JAVA, . NET Core, NodeJS, Python, Angular, etc.
• Strong familiarity with system design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in writing APIs and cloud database.
• Experience in CI/CD environments.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time multiplayer backend/networking/ games is plus.
• Bonus: Experience with any BAAS platform (Nakama/Playfab/Gamesparks).

• A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in software product development.
• Excellent in Data structure, Algorithms & Problem-solving skills.
• Should be willing to code in Node.js/Java/Python/ROR/Golang
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
