Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Technology hiring across levels and manage a team of recruiters

· Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition including planning and strategizing for deliverables, sourcing and attracting candidates through various active and passive channels; candidate engagement; stakeholder management; reporting; database management etc.

· High end ownership of the deliverables.

Primary skills:

At least 3+ years of working experience on embedded firmware development

- Experience in multithreaded programming, network programming (wired and wireless protocols), real-time programming, cross-platform and cross-language development

- Hands-on experience on driver development for various sensors

- Working knowledge of communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, etc

- Product development experience with range of microcontroller/microprocessor architectures, adoption of bare-metal, RTOS and Linux operating systems on new platforms

-Hands-on experience on software development in Bluetooth domain is added advantage

- Experience with hardware lab equipment such as digital scope, logic analyser and JTAG

The role of the Ui/Ux Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
