Fullstack Developer

You will be part of the Technology team and will be responsible for the
end-to-end quality front-end development including:

- Work with the Tech Lead on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML,
blockchain,computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack with focus on front-end.

- Optimize the D2C website and supply partner app for user experience on a
continuous basis

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a
prototype design for a product very rapidly while executing the same with a wide
range of techniques.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including back-end engineers, product
team, etc. to ensure quality implementation of new product features, growth hacks/
initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in atimely manner.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across front-end technology
and ensure religious execution of the targets

We are looking to onboard a Full Stack Engineer with focus Frontend, who has
a founder's mindset including the following traits:

- Experience of frontend development across web & mobile based technologies and
should have scaled a business

- Stronghold in executing frontend development including HTML5/ CSS3/
JS/ JQuery/ etc.

- Ability to build front-end of new applications using OOPS, RDBMS, etc.

- Ability to build scalable products/ platforms, fully redundant fault tolerant
infrastructure while working on modern technologies.

- Stronghold in front-end with experience of building agile, highly scalable, datadriven platforms from scratch and moderate hold on the backend

- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high energy, self-starter
personality

- Knowledge of MVC is a big plus (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.)

- Stronghold in executing stuff on the ground and hustle around to get things done

- Ability to think and see the big picture while focusing on short term goals and
deliverables

- Experience as a founder/ being part of founding team is huge plus but not
mandatory

- Experience in the Fashion/ Apparel industry is a plus but not mandatory

The evaluation process starts with a short phone conversation.
After that, the candidate will be required to take both a technical and writing test, which will be shared with them after the phone screen.

They must also have a fast & reliable internet connection. They will be required to take the call on a laptop with a camera, and have their technical test code ready for perusal.
