About the Role :

PluginHive is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to build and scale high-volume SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, and AWS, with a backend-heavy profile and the ability to independently own applications from development to production.

Mandatory Skills :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop scalable applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.

Requirements :

• 8 to 15 years of software development experience.

What We're Looking For :

We are specifically looking for engineers who :

• Have a backend-heavy Full Stack profile (not frontend-heavy).
• Have independently owned production applications.
• Have hands-on AWS architecture and infrastructure experience.
• Can manage deployments, production issues, database changes, and application scaling.
• Are capable of leading technical decisions and solving complex engineering problems.
• Have worked without relying entirely on a separate DevOps or Cloud team.

Note : Candidates who have only basic AWS knowledge or rely on a separate DevOps team for deployments and infrastructure management will not be considered.

Design and implement complex web applications using NodeJS, React, and Go

• Experience of working on Agile projects.

• Application Architectures including the use of cloud-based technology capabilities such as Teams, SPO, Azure, Application Life Cycle Management and Application Platform processes and technology.
• Troubleshoot and debugging technical issues in a variety of application environments.
• Oversee deliverables from partners, subcontractors, and resources .
• IP Reuse and IP creation
• Drive operational excellence and innovation, leveraging new ideas contributing to increasing Microsoft value to customers.
• Fluent in English, verbal, and written communications skills. 

Qualification

• Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
• Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred. Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
• Having Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure, AWS, SharePoint, .Net) is a plus.
