Position: Flutter developer

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain the Qoruz app using Flutter.
• Translate UI/UX designs into efficient and reusable code.
• Implement new features and functionality to enhance the user experience.
• Write clean and maintainable code while following industry best practices.
• Optimise app performance to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments and incorporate new technologies and practices as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flutter developer, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating them into mobile applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of deploying and maintaining apps to play store and app store.

As a Flutter developer, you’ll work on our mobile app that is built with Flutter. You’ll help to plan and develop new features, review other people’s code, fix bugs, help in technological and business decisions, and support the internal team. You will take initiative to run projects/features smoothly.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Flutter experience in a production environment
• At least 3 years of industry experience

Nice to have:

• Having the knowledge required to write native plugins in Swift or Kotlin is an asset
• Having a background in native iOS and/or Android development is a big plus (e.g. experience with Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio).
• Familiar with one or more CI/CD environments: CircleCI, Gitlab, Github, etc. Knowing your way around Fastlane to build & deploy your app comes in handy
• Experience in working with state management libraries such as Riverpod

• Familiar with writing tests for your application: unit tests, widget tests and integration tests
• UI / UX design principles

• Design and build advanced hybrid mobile applications using React Native
• Lead the application development effort by being the SPOC
• Build hybrid apps using React Native for Android/iOS

• Collaborate with the back-end developer to build the RESTful APIs
• Research on emerging technologies and trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on experience in the full life cycle of Hybrid mobile application development including publishing one or more apps to the play store & app store
• Must have developed Hybrid Mobile application using React. Hands on Working experience of React Native is a must.
• Experience developing back-end services preferably with NodeJS.
• Experience in developing apps on native Android/iOS platforms is a plus
• Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
