Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel Developer with strong JavaScript skills to work across the full stack. You will build scalable backend systems, interactive frontends, robust APIs, and use modern AI tools to speed up development. This role involves backend coding, frontend development, database design, and full-stack integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Backend Development

• Build reliable PHP applications and REST APIs
• Write clean, maintainable Laravel code
• Create REST APIs and work with GraphQL when required
• Work with microservices and Docker-based environments
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding best practices

2. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and modular web UIs using JavaScript frameworks
• Build interactive components using React, Vue, or Angular
• Work with modern CSS frameworks and preprocessors
• Implement SPA features like routing & state management
• Ensure browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

3. Database Work

• Design database schemas for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Write optimized SQL queries via Eloquent ORM or Query Builder
• Implement indexing and performance optimization
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Manage migrations and ensure database stability

4. AI Tools & Productivity

• Use AI tools for debugging, refactoring, and code optimization

5. Full-Stack Integration

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications for eLearning or fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-tenant dashboards, role-based access control, and API integrations, with a proactive, go-getter mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain multi-tenant dashboards with role-based access control (RBAC) and hierarchical permission models.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and session management across different user tiers, ensuring secure handling of credentials and sensitive data.
• Integrate LMS systems, third-party APIs, and fintech services while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Ensure secure hosting, multi-layered application protection, and adherence to IT standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content developers, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven full-stack development experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with multi-level user management, RBAC, and dashboard architectures.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, hosting, cloud services, and secure deployment practices.
• Familiarity with data security protocols, fintech integrations, and enterprise IT standards.

Preferred:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications for MRO services, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create efficient back-end systems with languages Java and integrating APIs and databases.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate / JPA.
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Develop user-friendly front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks React or Angular.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in industrial or service-based applications.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Python/Java/Node.js, REST APIs) and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/NextJs)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and server-side operations.
• Familiarity with MRO services or industrial workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

• Working knowledge of Shopify platform, as well as exposure to application development and the use of storefront APIs to extend Shopify functionality.

• Strong knowledge of liquid programming language and experience in development and application of custom/bespoke Shopify theme and modify  the pre-existing template(s)
