We're an AI-native development studio. We don't build "websites" — we build agents, automations, and custom products for clients who need real software shipped fast. Our stack is modern (Next.js, TypeScript, Claude Code), our pace is high, and our philosophy is simple: 60% with AI beats 0% without.

We're a small team scaling deliberately. This is an early hire, which means real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to building the agency from the inside.

The Role

You'll be a core builder. That means owning features end-to-end — from understanding what the client needs, to architecting it, to shipping production code, to fixing it when it breaks. You won't be handed perfect tickets. You'll be handed problems, and you'll be trusted to solve them.

You'll work primarily with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) as your daily drivers. We're looking for someone who has moved past "AI writes my code for me" and into vibe engineering — using AI as a thought partner and force multiplier while still owning architecture, judgment, and quality.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Architect and integrate APIs (third-party services, AI APIs, webhooks, async workflows)
• Use Claude Code and Codex to move fast without sacrificing quality
• Debug, deploy, and own production — not just write code and walk away
• Break complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces and ship iteratively
• Work directly with the founder and a tight team on multiple client products

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• 1+ year of hands-on experience at a real product startup (shipping, not just learning)
• Strong with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Comfortable using Claude Code and Codex as primary development tools
• Real vibe engineering experience — you direct AI, you don't just copy-paste from it
• Solid grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and async processing
• Can debug AI-generated codebases and take them to production

Preferred

• 3–5 years of product/startup experience
• Experience with managed services (Supabase, Clerk, etc.) over building everything from scratch
• Exposure to building agents or AI workflows (MCP, OpenAI APIs, agentic frameworks)

We are looking for a seasoned Python/Django expert with 7-12 years of real-world development experience and a strong background in leading engineering teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical initiatives, mentoring team members, ensuring best coding practices, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This position demands deep technical proficiency, strong leadership capability, and exceptional communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Python/Django engineers, offering hands-on technical support and direction.
• Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural patterns, and established development best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Perform detailed code reviews, optimize system performance, and resolve production-level issues.
• Drive engineering improvements such as automation, CI/CD implementation, and modernization of outdated systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Python and Django.
• Solid understanding of key web technologies, including REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Proficient in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in designing scalable and high-availability systems.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Must be available to work on-site in the Hyderabad office; remote work is not allowed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices, asynchronous frameworks (such as FastAPI or Celery), or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous background as a technical lead or engineering manager.

What we are looking for?

• Understanding of basic tools provided by AWS and their configuration
• Understanding of Unix bases operating systems, ability to configure them for optimum usage
• Experience in basic command-line utilities and shell scripting language
• Understanding of rest API implementation
• Ability to script quickly with Python for writing ad hoc jobs

FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative and passionate for new technology in Angular, NodeJS, AWS, MVC and enjoys collaboration, love software programming/coding and carries appetite for learning and sharing knowledge to make an impact on project delivery.
• Experts in multiple technologies such as Modern Java Script framework (preferably Angular 2 and above), Plain old Vanilla Java Script, MVC, jQuery, Web API, Node.JS, AWS, HTML, CSS etc. across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management (No Sql and Relational Database) etc.
• Must have good understanding of TypeScript, Materialized CSS, Sass, Less etc.
• Good to have Task Runners (Grant, Gulp, Webpack), Transpilers like Babel.
• Guide and mentor reporting team and create high performing technology teams.
• Monitor module progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks work to actively to resolve/mitigate the same.
• Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment.
• Solid understanding and experienced of verson control systems like Git, GitHub, BitBucket, SVN etc.
• Should be passionate, voracious continuous learner who keeps up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
• Understands all times, technical depth and client expectation to maintain check on project health, monitors critical path items, risks and impact to timelines.
• Proficient communication/interactive skills
