Work Mode & Schedule

LogiNext is looking for a technically savvy and experienced Software Engineer to take up front-end development efforts. You will design and develop elegant interfaces that exceed client expectations in terms of value and benefit. You will collaborate on scalability issues involving visualizing massive amounts of data and information. You will identify, define and communicate best practices for front end.

You are biased towards open-source tools and existing frameworks. You have demonstrated strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Translate wireframes into functional requirements, write well-abstracted, reusable, high-performance code for UI components Work closely with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high-powered desktop computers to low-end mobile devices Understand and coach/teach others, show a high level of ethics and team-work

Requirements

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in developing responsive, elegant, efficient and cross-browser front-end applications using Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 Hands on experience on various MVC frameworks, UI libraries such as ReactJS, D3.js Hands on experience on Map API’s like Google Maps, Openstreetmap and other powerful information-rich maps Familiar with UX processes and design Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• - Work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design and understand its functionalities and complexities.
• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation
• - Build modular, responsive templates using modern CSS techniques
• - Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.

• - 2+ years of industry experience as a Front End Developer Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Extensive knowledge HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap / ReactJS, AngularJS
• - Strong experience in JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Web Service based integration.
• - Experience (mandatory) with working Web Framework versions with exposure to creating components and handling AJAX calls.
• - Good to have knowledge in JIRA, GIT.
• - Strong knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.
• - Basic Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language
• - Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way

• - Experience with API testing software (e.g. Postman)

Job Requirements :

- Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, Sass, Less, JSON, DOM Concepts

- Candidate should have 2-3 years of regular working experience.

- Must have expertise in React js, Redux, node js, ExpressJS MongoDB, MySql, NoSQL Flux,

javascript html5 core concepts.

-Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with

bootstrap

-UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,

caching.

- Familiarity and experience with Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts,

help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, node js, and MongoDB with

Cross browser/device compatibility.

-Working Knowledge of common Javascript Libraries such as jQuery.

-Working understanding of Webpack, Babel & other pre-processing tools.

-Good Understanding of REST Apis

-Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications

- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.

- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket

- Good logical and mathematical programming skills with good communication skills.

- At Least 2-3 live projects

- NodeJS knowledge is a plus

-Good hands-on experience with ES6 & knowledge of the upcoming syntax of ECMAScript.

-Huge plus if you have experience in working with state management libraries like Redux, MobX etc. in React.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with more current specifications of EcmaScript
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

• Familiarity with code versioning tools

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors, JavaScript, Object-oriented programming (OOPS), Design patterns, Web principles, and UI Libraries like Bootstrap.

• Strong skills in JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React).

• Experience using repositories, build & deploy tools like git and Jenkins.

• Experienced with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques

• Experience in unit test formation and understanding of jest enzyme and snapshot testing.

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Demonstrable experience with React State management - Redux-Saga and popular React.js workflows

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of React hooks.
