About the Role

Tech stack (expertise in all is not required, experience in some will be sufficient):

• React / Next.js (required, at least 1 year of experience)
• Express.js (required, at least 1 year of experience)
• Familiarity with cloud services (gcp / azure / aws)
• PostgreSQL (or expertise in any relational database)
• Redis
• Docker/Kubernetes deployment (good to have)

For this role we are looking for engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset, an understanding of how startups operate and who like to get their hands dirty when unknown things come their way. You will work closely with the product team to prioritise and ship features with a predictable cadence.

As this role is full-stack, you need to have a good understanding of frontend design and be obsessed with responsiveness and pixel-perfect behaviour. On the backend side, an OCD for efficiency and optimisation is a required personality trait.

Demonstrated history of solving hard problems (frontend/backend or both) is a great-to- have.

Role Description

Software Engineer is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with Onsite work arrangement. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services and APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across platforms. The engineer will participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making, collaborating closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams.
