Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Magento Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Magento 2 and Progressive Web Applications (PWA). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building and maintaining Magento-based eCommerce applications using Magento PWA Studio.

While React.js knowledge is required for PWA development, the primary focus of this role is Magento + PWA development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 websites, custom modules, themes, and extensions.
• Build and enhance Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using Magento PWA Studio, React.js, and GraphQL.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and other REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize website performance using Redis, Varnish, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, caching, and indexing.
• Develop responsive frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, LESS/SASS, and React.js.
• Configure and manage Docker-based development environments.
• Implement Magento security updates, performance optimizations, and best development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 Development
• Expertise in Magento PWA Studio and Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
• Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Working experience with React.js (primarily for Magento PWA development)

Note :

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Magento 2 and Magento PWA Studio. React.js is required to support PWA development, while exposure to the remaining technologies is considered an added advantage.

• Laravel applications. This includes debugging server errors, analyzing logs, and identifying

• Manage development projects from inception to completion autonomously and

• Provide administrative support, tools, and documentation for specific development projects.
• Design applications and database structures for performance and scalability.
• Deliver accurate project requirements and timeline estimates, providing regular feedback

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
• Solid understanding of software development best practices

Role and Responsibilities

•  Working with front-end developers and providing server-side algorithms of user-facing web application elements.
• Coding and creating functional web applications, optimizing code for increasing response time and efficiency.
• Analyzing the goals and requirements, efficiently handling bugs and errors, and finding effective solutions for the same.
•  Interacting with the database for storing data and ensuring that every user has access to what they search.
•  Accomplishing the projects and goals within deadline.
• Managing APIs that are executed across the devices.
•  Involving in defining the architecture of the system.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of PHP and related frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, Yii. Competent in Ruby, Python, nodeJs, and Java will be an added advantage.
• Good Communication, Analytical, Logical, and Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be preferred.
• Capable of managing a hosting environment along with database administration such as MySQL, Oracle.
• Excellent knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) and Web services.
• Ability to scale applications to handle the load changes.
• Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
• Good to have experience in version control, such as GIT.

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.
