Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about medical technology and excel at engaging, training, and supporting end-users.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in Medprime’s product portfolio.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and demonstrate product benefits.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for potential clients.
• Gather user feedback to help improve product features and usability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Share valuable insights with the R&D team for product development and enhancements.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and training manuals.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers with training and troubleshooting support.
• Address technical concerns and contribute towards improving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Specialist in medical device equipment (mandatory).
• Strong technical knowledge is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers to find solutions to critical problems, face internal customers, and create requirements.
• Triage and fix critical issues that arise in the field that affect our core product.
• Manage git repositories, pull requests, and review code.
• Communicate properly & promptly with all stakeholders.
• Build a proof-of-concept for new products from scratch.
• Optimize, clean up, and comment on the existing codebase.

Requirements:

• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Must be an expert in JavaScript/Typescript with ES6+ features, Node.js, ReactJS, and Redux
• Must be an expert in HTML5 CSS3 SASS, and Webpack.
• You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using Node.js.0
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner etc. ) and non-relational (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore etc. ) databases.
• Must be an expert in data structure and creating highly optimized algorithms.

Qualifications:

Primary Skill Set:

5+ years for experience in developing highly scalable, reliable, secure web applications
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Redux, flux, Javascript (preferably TypeScript).
Atleast 1 years of experience in product or SaaS development.
Excellent Team management, communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong CS fundamentals like data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that are faced by JavaScript developers regularily.


Preferable Skillset:

One year of experience using AWS services, such as Lambda, SES, SQS, EC2, RDS, ELB’s and have knowledge of VPC’s (AWS and/or RightScale knowledge a plus.
Proficient with the Webpack,Jest, Eslint, Jenkins, Docker, Enzyme.
Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) and client side storage

The Java/Backend Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of Bytemark’s backend APIs. This person utilizes their knowledge of Java development & web technologies as an integral part of the software development team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and deliver highly scalable and reliable APIs
• Collaborate with development team and product owners to analyze, design, and implement user stories using an agile methodology.
• Write high-quality software code that complies with design specifications and meets development and support requirements.
• Develop unit tests and test changes using an agile methodology.
• Use a variety of tools to perform unit testing, automated builds, and source control.
• Participate as a member in Agile teams, and work with other team member to review user stories, estimate effort for user stories, and participate in sprint reviews.
• Maintaining current web and back-end features

Required Skills:

• 2-6 years of experience building RESTful APIs
