Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The role involves building and customizing service-oriented applications, implementing complex business logic using Apex, and creating responsive, high-performance user interfaces with LWC. Role Summary

Own the design and implementation of the contract generation capability in

C3/Salesforce—including canonical template modeling, field mappings, merge logic, and

approval workflows—and deliver a pilot/MVP that enables automated, correct contract

generation.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end build of merge templates and document generation flows for contract

types in Salesforce/C3; establish reusable patterns and governance.

 Translate business requirements into technical designs (data model, mapping, merge rules,

validation/approvals) and own backlog grooming and sprint readiness.

 Implement in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Approvals,

and REST/SOAP APIs; integrate with clause libraries and metadata sources.

 Set engineering standards (coding guidelines, branching, CI/CD), perform code reviews, and

mentor developers; ensure performance, security, and auditability.

 Deliver a pilot for at least one contract type and expand to additional templates based on

fit/gap and stakeholder feedback; drive UAT and release readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Salesforce: Apex, LWC/Lightning, Flows, Approvals, SOQL/SOSL; experience integrating

third-party systems via REST/SOAP; strong understanding of template merge and document

 Prior experience with C3 is necessary.

 Data & Mapping: Designing canonical models, field mappings, clause/section metadata;
